Although some things at my arrival wasn't working, I really appreciated how fast the owner reacted and fixed them. I arrived after cycling all day through the rainshowers and being completely wet I needed to dry all my clothes. The towel dryer in the bathroom didn't work but after my call the owner/receptionist immediately came to my room and fixed it. Also the water from the shower wasn't draining and he efficiently fixed that right away. These are the things that maybe other geusts didn't tell about so he may never know that something is out of order. Also in the morning in the kitchen I noticed that the water kettle doesn't work anymore (it did previous evening), I let him know and he immediately ran to the store to get a new one.

It is quite a problem to use a bath for an adult in the bathroom on the top floor.

There was no trash in the room and toilet. Just outside the room in the corridor. And the TV didn't show us anything either, but since we were late it wasn't so bad.

We came late, left early, slept very well. The hotel has a kitchen, where you can get free tea and coffee. The beds are comfortable, the room is quiet.

The l room looks a little different than the pictures.The kitchen was not so clean, but that depended of the guests, but the trash cans were full and already smelled bad. There were few dishes, we were a company of 8 people, and we had to wait until the other guests finished dinner.

There were comfortable beds, good internet. Nearby grocery stores.It was nice to be able to have dinner on the terrace.

It seems that the kitchen is rarely cleaned: there was moldy, at least 2-3 weeks old, bread in the bread box. Cleaning in general could be better.

The hotel is strategically located, the staff is exceptionally pleasant, and there is a shared kitchen with a fridge and hob.

It was not clean. There was dust hanging in the doorway, the shower was not clean, it smelled like cigarettes (maybe there was a smoking area near our room on 3rd floor we did not know about) and air freshener, which is not a pleasant combination, especially for non-smokers.

Rather simple, dormitory like place, i.e suitable sleeping overnight but wouldn't choose if we had stayed in Lomza for more than one night.

Possibility to use kitchen and a fridge and make breakfast. There also was a washing machine although we didn't use it. Everything needed was provided.

We stopped overnight, late checkin. We got a big room with a big terrace, comfortable beds, clean, kind personal. Parking is infront of the hotel.

A bit noisy, you can hear cars from the street. As it was summer - we have opened the window. But in general - good place to stay for one night.

We have stayed only one night, just to sleep. Lomza wasn't our destination. The room was clean, bathroom in the room. we have lived in the 3rd floor, common kitchen was in the first floor. It is possible to prepare food by yourself. The staff was very helpful. It was free parking.

You can communicate with the receptionist easily and he can help you whatever you want. Also it iş a silent, clean and peaceful hotel. You can use iron, washing machine, hair dryer without fee.

If I take into account the cost, then I should have been happy. But as we had been staying in very nice places for the week, then the last night of our vacation was a bit out of place. It was OK for our overnight stay. But it was bare minimum. So for transit stays its fine but do not hope for much.
