PolandThe apartment was missing a microwave oven, even though it was mentioned in the description. In addition, the second bedroom had no wardrobe or storage for clothes, which was a problem for our grandparents (the first bedroom did have one). Fortunately, the staff promptly provided us with their own microwave and some chairs, resolving the issue. Many thanks for that!
Excellent location (close both to the town centre and the hiking trails), beautiful and modern interior and exterior design, warm swimming pool, hot jacuzzi (nice to sit there after the long trails), sauna, not large but well equipped gym (professional machines), playroom with playstation, helpful staff.

PolandThe breakfast is catering so it’s not as fresh and has not a big variety compared to buffets. Also room had robes but no slippers so we had to go to spa area with our closed shoes which was not the best. It would be great if hotel provides basic hotel slippers.

United Arab Emiratesthe major hit was the parking you think since we got a penthouse which is the most expensive and luxurious it was on the top level so we had to take one elevator to level one and then walk through the whole building to the other side and take the other elevator to go to level three, which was so tropical, specially since they don’t have concierge As Arab to drop soon because the view was the pool view plus the windows are exposed all of the apartment is completely exposed to the outside and the other side had other apartments lake houses so there was no privacy
The place is luxurious place close really close to the central but still in a quiet area it’s the only modern hotel I’ve seen there the staff was extremely friendly very helpful

OmanThe lack of clarity in the reservation information, as some apartments have air conditioning and some do not, and there is no information about the hotel and its facilities, and there is no daily cleaning of the rooms, and there is no bidet in the bathroom in all rooms, meaning there is no clarity in the information when booking.
The place is new and clean with free parking.

LithuaniaThere are still constructions work happening and it's TERRIBLE There was fire alarm in the middle of the night and no one worried about explaining anything to us Our car was blocked by workers twice There were construction noises above us so our baby couldn't sleep twice There's no cold water in the shower (either hot or very hot) When I explained all the inconveniences to the receptionist, they offered me a discount for next stay, like I was willing to stay in this mess again
The property looks really nice and I see a lot of potential here. Location is very good as well.
