The shower head was really slow, the stove to barely worked, took a really long time to warm up the food, overall it was a nice apartment

mold on the walls in the bathroom, the hood in the kitchen is fake, it does not have an outlet in the ventilation duct, the walls are dirty, the apartment also lacks a broom, a mop, which complicates life in cleaning when staying for more than 2 days.

excellent location, the apartments are located directly opposite the sauna, there is access to the backyard.

The internet Wi-Fi was not good (it was practically working only in the kitchen) We told that it will be 5 people, but there were not enough cups. There were no oven. After arrival we found that one of the doors handles were broken and I needed to call the maintenance. There were no balcony on the top floor (the attic), but photos suggested that it will be.

It was not on the first floor. Nearby (approximately 10 min away) were mountains trails.

We booked for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 kids who do not sleep in same bed. On arrival we realized that there was only two beds.

There was no instructions what to do on arrival. It was good that laundry delivery arrived at same time and we could ask from him.

They will make you sign an online form asking for your whole information and address, and stating that if they find anything broken they will charge your credit card, so i found many broken furniture and fragile chairs and broken door knobs, so you will waste your time taking pictures to prove it’s not your fault. Staff are not helpful and taking too much time to respond. No wifi coverage for whole apartment. They will provide you with minimum supply so you can buy extra on your own. P.S: Check-in time is 4 PM is too late compared to other apartments in the area, and you will not receive any information even if you arrived 10 minutes earlier, they treat you like a thief not like a guest!!!!

I didn't like the communication with the apartment owner. No one answered the phone. We had problems with the keys. We couldn't get in or out because the first door was closed and our key didn't fit. The whole apartment was dirty (with sand, dust, and grime) and many things were broken (doors, sofa). The bathroom was dirty (toilet paper was stuck to the ceiling), there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights and for many people, and the shower was broken. The floor creaked everywhere. The kitchen heating unit made a loud noise, the chairs were broken, and I even fell. Additionally, there were no towels in the kitchen.

I only liked the location.

Bad location, located far from anywhere. WIFI was also horrible, only the bedroom had connection, so for the ones sleeping in the living room, there is no connection. The taxi number provided in the apartment was also not good as the taxi driver tried to charged us more than 2x the agreed amount. The property has a very weird system whereby you cannot exit the property without the key.

The shower was good with hot water.

The oven in the kitchen did not work. It was a long stay, and I have children. I was very sad. I wished it would be fixed by the place of residence.
