The only item I couldn’t find was extra pillow cases for the spare pillows.

The property offered all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Very nice to have access to extras such as shampoo,soap and hairdryer and washing machine as well as extra pillows.

Stiff bed. Bedroom windows face the pedestrian street which can be noisier because the apartment is on the ground level.

1 PM check in. Located in old town but not too far away from taxi drop off. Living room is facing a quiet inner courtyard.

Slippery shower. Mat should be provided. Couldn’t get the TV to work. No instructions provided. Pillows provided were shams and very flat. Lock for door took several turns from the outside to lock.

The property was located inside the walls of old town. Old on the outside and beautifully done on the inside. All the comforts of home and really fast internet. I was able to work with no problem. The host was super friendly and met me at the property I would stay here again.

We missed some towels as there were only for bath so no hand/face towel or the one to put on the floor after shower. Also the blinders on the windows allowed some light to enter the room so if you like total darkness, it's better to brink your own mask. We stayed only for a night so not a real issue in the end.

The apartment is in a great location, just in the entrance of the Old Town and within a walking distance from the main tourist attractions, but at the same time very quiet - we could hear the birds singing in the morning! The apartment is really spacious and nicely decorated. Our host Olga was super helpful in giving us instructions on how to enter the apartment as well as travelling to Krakow. All in all a great choice!

Only a half roll of toilet paper in the place. No spare roll provided. A Nespresso coffee machine available but no pods provided. Pods from a previous customer still in the machine.

Location was excellent and close to old town. I walked everywhere. The Christmas markets were just around the corner.

No microwave even though one was advertised. A very small niggle. Everything else superb

Very central location for the Old Town. Everything was really close. Really good facilities in the apartment, fantastic restaurants and good convenience stores. Couldn't ask for anything more apart for a microwave. ( SEE OTHER COMENTS) Superb highly recommended.

Very cozy, very clean and bright apartament in the center of the city. All needed equipment. Easy to find and enter. Quite street. We stayed during hot days, so fan was very helpfull. Nice landlady.

Minor issues but the pillows were very thin and there was only one per person. There was a coffee machine but no pods for it and we couldn't find any in the shops nearby.

Spotlessly clean, great location in the old town, very comfortable bed. It was decorated beautifully. They kindly provided a cot for our baby

Nothing much - just there were no pillow slips on the extra pillows in the wardrobe.

The location was the best, right on the edge of the old town square & in a secure residential group of apartments. Close to everything but still very quiet. Living & bedroom sizes were very generous.

Key pick up arrangement poor We were instructed to phone on arrival to meet someone to pick up the key outside the restaurant No 20 Eventually after many failed phone calls we were given WhatsApp instructions to find property and access the key. This could have been sent to us in advance, as it was clear there was no one available to meet us despite arriving at exactly the time we stated. It was stressful after a long day traveling to have to wait about in the dark to be informed of entry arrangements.
