But there of course is tradeoff. It feels damp, there for sure is black mold, beds and pillows are uncomfortable, common space is small, problems with getting room code as we noticed few of people during our stay knocked on outer door to be let in. It is not clean, everything is old and broken. I think the owner should fix this thing up a bit and make sure it is cleaned properly, it would do wonders for reviews. I bet people would be ok to pay more as well.

I think the location and price of this hostel is unbeatable.

Hostel personnel should spend more time in the hostel to keep it decent. Hostel have potential but need more security and cleaning.

It was cheap. If you re only gonna stay one night and you need only a bed for the night, then this is okay. The outside door was always open. People were sleeping in common areas. At midnight someone broke into our room with physical force. But thankfully left without explaining why he did that. Toilets were dirty. And very small. It was impossible to do your business comfortably. Bathrooms were okay. Mine was clean. Bed was thin but at least clean. There was electricity outlets next to bed. Which is always great. Internet was not good. it took too long to upload photos and videos to instagram. There is no locker inside the room, no place to put your things. I kept my day backpack in the bed with me during the night. Others belongings were all on the floor. Lockers are on the hallway. But noone care enough to use their own number. The locked assigned to my bed was occupied. I took another random number hoping someone else wont break it. Fortunately nothing happened. I dont regret it. Cause i only use it to sleep. Left very early for hikes and came back and slept. If you need more from a hostel, look somewhere else.

No reception, gave us a room that is full, we had to search for free beds ourselves. Some of the lockers were broken, some was full of random things. At some point there was no toilet paper. Fridge full of nasty food, showers full with old razors and product botles. Beds didnt feel safe, they were loud, squeeky and vobely. We also helped other people to find free beds, because they also received a code for full room (not ours). No one answered the phone.

The room and bathroom were very dirty. The linen was also dirty and was only changed after we asked the staff. The entire room was covered in dust and dirt, and it smelled of mold. White towels looked grey. Everything was worn-out — literally nothing looked fresh or new. The shower was dirty and rusty. The walls were not soundproofed at all. We received no instructions about breakfast delivery or the entry code during check-in. Our breakfast was not delivered, which was especially inconvenient due to the holiday and the fact that shops and restaurants were closed.

The location is great, we were allowed to leave our stuff and to check-in earlier than 14:00

The double room is beside the kitchen, and we had to listen all the noise that people do in the kitchen the whole night. We couldn’t sleep well during our stay in this hostel.

Front door was broken, spend some time trying to get inside. No answer from landlord when called mobile phone. Very small WC with bad light flicking off every 5 seconds. Broken handles for shower and WC. Very basic kitchen equipment. Bunk beds very squeaky every time you move sound horrible like it would break in a minute.

Floors were dirty. Restrooms were constantly out of toilet paper and/or soap. Under the bed is never cleaned. Cleaning staff doesn't come every day. Reception is not present, it is all virtual. There is no staff on property at a guaranteed time.

The door to our room was completely off the hinges, the bathroom sink was full and flooded, the bathroom doors had warped from absorbing water that you could hardly shut them, the kitchen area was dark, cold, no bowls. No curtain whatsoever on the one window, the other window (way up high) had a broken latch and wouldn’t close and it was cold & noisy outside. My bed was broken but nobody did anything to fix any of this garbage. Horrible

No upkeep at all. Washroom sink was flooded for the whole duration of my stay. Wifi didn't work. Basic things such as salt, coffee, cups missing from the kitchen.

- I got the check-in instructions one hour late after agreed check-in time - There was no clean sheets or towels, and receptionist asked me to contact somewhere to get more of them so that I can change sheets to myself - Mattress, pilllow and blanket was untidy - The whole appartment was really cold and smelled bad and humid - The sink in the bathroom was blocked - No curtains in the room so people walking on the street can easily see beds by the window

The people staying up in the room with light on till well after midnight and then proceeding to talk at 3am. This was not however the hostels fault. Maybe some rules should be explained when people check in. There were simply NOT enough showers so even though they may have been cleaned with that amount of people they were always filthy.

It was very close to the centre of Zakopane.

Wifi is weak. The blanket was stained in old blood, so not the cleanest experience, bunk beds are noisy and a bit stiff. Don't order breakfast if you plan on getting to the hikes early, it arrives as a lunch box around 08:30.

The location is great! 10 minutes from the bus station or central street. The bathroom and common area are clean. Pleasent host.

Bed was really hard, having to make my own bed is fine but seeing the old pillows and duvet was disgusting. A mouse ran past in the kitchen as I was sitting on the couch :,)

The lady who was at the desk my entire stay was lovely. Location is great close to the bus station. I enjoyed the included breakfast pack.

The hostel was not so clean, but the most important part is that the window didn't have a curtain (we had to use a blanket to cover it a little) and the window was a little broken and didn't close properly.

The hostel was easy to find and close to the center and station, the receptionist was kind and friendly. Good for a night.
