A very pleasant experience! Even my 11-year-old daughter enjoyed it very much. The room was fully equipped, there was a shop in the house, and everything needed was available. The Jacuzzi and sauna area was small but charming. We had the opportunity to enjoy it exclusively with our family. I confidently recommend it to everyone.

the view was not good, to the road, and we heard the noise of cars from early morning. But it was clear that we won't have good view, so no complaints, we had sauna and jacuzzi instead which was great

I liked the interior, also it was very convenient to have the supermarket downstairs and sauna and jacuzzi was fantastic bonus every day after hiking.

We had a fantastic family trip to Tatra Nest – two adults and two kids – and everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was super clean, modern, and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was really cozy, and the kids loved the jacuzzi – such a great way to relax after a day of exploring! The location is excellent with very easy access and just a reasonable drive to Zakopane. Shops and restaurants are conveniently located right on the ground floor, which made things so easy with the kids. The communication with the hosts was smooth and helpful from start to finish. We especially appreciated how well-equipped everything was and how easy it was to use the sauna and jacuzzi. Great price for everything you get – we truly felt at home. Highly recommend Tatra Nest for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the Tatra region. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely return!

On booking.com you book a 'one bedroom apartment' - unfortunately it is only a studio without a separate bedroom, which was a bit unfortunate for us but we managed. There are rooms with semi partitions but they then seem a little smaller.

Very comfy beds, all very clean, great shower, little balcony with view on the hills, very friendly staff and a supermarket downstairs - all was great!

Very comfortable bed, beautiful apparment. Spa zone in the basement was excellent. Kitchen was equipped with Nescafé dolce gusto. Air conditioning runs good. Groceries store is downstairs so you don't have to think too much about buying things before return to app. We were there by car so the transfer to Zakopane ( about 15 min) and all around wasn't a problem.

Nothing, everything was perfect

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is located around 20-25min from Krupówki (center of zakopane) but you can easily take a bus across from the building that will take you there Every 30minutes. The bus tickets are 5-6zlotych per person and paid only with cash. The wellness area was such a great experience, we were most of the time alone there so we had a private sauna; jacuzzi and a salt room. The spa place was open every day from 10am to 10pm! Everything in the building was opened with a special code that you will get: spa place, garage, rooms. You can use the garage to leave your car inside so that way you don’t have to scrub your frozen windows every day :) there is a shop literally! Downstairs so we were buying stuff for breakfast there (it is a little overpriced of course) but very very convenient since they didn’t have option to serve breakfast there. Everything was very new and clean. I recommend this place to anyone! We would definitely come back one day.

When we arrived, it turned out that we had to sleep in a room with a married couple, because they had no room for technical reasons. This was also paid in advance. They managed to sort this out in the morning, but it was very stressful. They made up for it with a generous breakfast, but it still spoiled the experience at the wonderful accommodation. Unfortunately, the heating only worked in the bathroom, we were very cold. And the wifi didn't work at all.

I had booked a room with balcony, room that looked very nice in the photos. We arrived at the location on 27.12 and I realised that not only the room did not have a balcony, but it was totally different than the photos on Booking.com. There was a big pole in the middle of the room, very low and oblique walls (where one can hit their head easily). All in all, one of the most uncomfortable rooms ever. But this is not all. The communication with the host is non-existent. We wrote about the above issues to the host and not even now, after 4 days, we didn't get any answer.
