How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewLocation is perfect for exploring Wroclaw Old Town via a few minute walk. There are variety of restaurants, shops and cultural venues around.
The area gets busy and loud in the evening/night. I enjoyed a concert on the rooftop of the building across the street right from my hotel room.

Verified reviewThere was one rack for one suitcase, and I put mine on the very long desk and still had room to work with my computer. The desk had a table lamp and an electrical outlet. We also had a small refrigerator, an in-room safe, and a tea pot. We had a rather compact room with two nice windows we could open for ventilation.
We had to enter the hotel through a side door. We initially had a problem with the entry but finally got in on “0” level. Had to go up to “1” to reception and our room was on “2”. You could go up the elevator without a card key, but you could not access the floors without it. You also used the same card to access your room and operate your lights. So, you needed your card three times just to get to your room from outside the building. It was interesting that they provided a carafe style water bottle with instructions that the hotel water was great for drinking. The only problem was the carafe was too tall to fill in the sink, you could only do it from the shower. They need to rethink this policy. We were provided with another king bed, only a foot or so high with two comforters and one pillow each. The bathroom could use a couple more hooks to hang your towels. There was no room for toiletries in the bathroom. Two soap dispensers were provided, but no Kleenex tissues. We were not advised in advance that your room was only cleaned every other day. We requested clean towels anyway.

For guest convenience, we also provide glasses that comfortably fit under the sink tap. The use of a key card at multiple access points within the hotel is a standard security measure designed to ensure the safety and privacy of our guests. Regarding the hotel entrance, it is indeed the main entrance, adapted to the building’s location in the historic city center. Concerning housekeeping, in line with the standards of two-star hotels in Poland, rooms are serviced every third day unless guests request otherwise - we are always happy to accommodate such requests. Verified reviewThe location was fantastic, an easy walk to the Market square. We had a deluxe double on the first floor, and woke each morning with a view of the church. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning was a welcome respite on a hot day, and the shower/water pressure very good. Whilst small, the room was well appointed and really comfortable for a 4 night stay. We were not impacted by any noise (and even slept one. Ight without earplugs). Staff were friendly and responsive when we had issues with the room safe. Would happily return.

We arrived at the hotel at 2pm and the receptionist said that the quiet room we requested was not ready yet. We left our luggage, but when we arrived in the evening, we were given a room near the elevator. We asked to be given another room, but we were refused!

All rooms in the Standard category are located in the same area of the hotel, only on different floors. In consideration of your request, we assigned you a room on the top floor specifically to minimize noise as much as possible within the constraints of your chosen room type. This was the best possible option to ensure your comfort. Should you prefer enhanced soundproofing, we would kindly recommend booking one of our Deluxe rooms for any future stay. There was no possibility to open the windows. The air conditioner shout be working all night to cool the room. There was a lack of fresh air.

Verified reviewThe location was great! I traveled with my 12-year-old cousin, and the staff were very thorough in checking our documents and verifying the parental permission for her to stay with me. It felt very safe for both of us — two girls traveling alone. The hotel is located near the city center, with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The location was so convenient that we didn’t need to use public transportation even once — we explored everything on foot. We were initially worried that the Jazz Festival and the Nowe Horyzonty Festival might make it noisy at night, but it was surprisingly quiet. The only noise we noticed was from cleaning in the mornings. Overall, it was an okay stay.
The room was decent, but both of us are allergic to dust and dust mites, and we experienced some allergic reactions in the morning. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, especially in the shower area — and it wasn’t the scent of cleaning products.
