How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The area gets busy and loud in the evening/night. I enjoyed a concert on the rooftop of the building across the street right from my hotel room.
Location is perfect for exploring Wroclaw Old Town via a few minute walk. There are variety of restaurants, shops and cultural venues around.

The location was fantastic, an easy walk to the Market square. We had a deluxe double on the first floor, and woke each morning with a view of the church. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning was a welcome respite on a hot day, and the shower/water pressure very good. Whilst small, the room was well appointed and really comfortable for a 4 night stay. We were not impacted by any noise (and even slept one. Ight without earplugs). Staff were friendly and responsive when we had issues with the room safe. Would happily return.

Walking distance from the station, easy to find. Very close to the city center. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — everything I needed and more. All furniture and appliances were new and spotless. Really loved staying there.

The only downside was that the elevator was out of order for five days, which was stressful, especially for my husband who had recently undergone knee surgery. That did make things a bit more difficult for us—but we understand that inconveniences are part of life and can happen anywhere.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is ideally located just steps away from the main square (Rynek) in a peaceful pedestrian area. The location couldn’t be better—very safe and surrounded by great bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, parks, and even the Opera. It’s also incredibly convenient for getting to and from the airport, with bus 106 (Remoma station) nearby. I stayed in a deluxe double room with a private bathroom on the 3rd floor. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a fridge, a water boiler, and a lovely view of the pedestrian street below. Despite being so close to the bustling city center, the room was perfectly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and onvenience right in the center of the city.

The location is perfect. Next to the city centre and relatively close to the train station. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The room was great and it had all the necessary amenities.

Large modern clean room in excellent location opposite the Opera Excellent breakfast Helpful staff. . Wroclaw is a hidden gem, pretty and better value than Krakow and fewer tourists.

If you need to get up early, be aware that in the weekends it might be a lot of noise outside before 10pm disrupting your sleep schedule (not the hotels fault).
The room was really nice and clean. Every staff member we met was super friendly and helpful for which we are grateful. Had a great time, would definitely visit again.

Very centrally located hotel close to all the sights we wanted to visit. We had a room for three people with three separate beds – the room was neat and clean. Breakfast was ok with a typical buffet. We stayed one night, good value for money!
