We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomBed was narrow and uncomfortable. No lift to second floor - we were all exhausted having driven two ambulances ( destined for Ukraine ) from the north of the UK in three days. Top floor rooms were very hot.

UkraineNo elevator for the big luggage and no staff who can help with this luggage. Bad location if you don't have a car or if you don't ready to pay much for the taxi. A very little chance you take an Uber/Bolt from the airport and absolutely no chance to take it from the hotel. Be careful with some map, it shows the wrong location under this address, better to search the hotel name.
Nice staff, exellent breakfast, clean and tudy room. Staff will call the taxi if you ask for.
