Great value for the money. Very good location Staff are kind, receptionist on the day we checked in was good, aside from the woman ( she was unpleasant), so I had to wait for the man receptionist who can speak very well english. Room with Balcony, Swimming pool and Sauna is a great plus

Great hotel, great amenities, good breakfast buffet. It’s a bigger hotel, no fancy lounge areas; we like smaller places. But all in all, we had a great stay. Loved the sauna and pool swimming facilities.

Meals are expensive but it's probably average for the location. More bikes available for guests would be good for high season.

Good quality pool tables in the bar. The room was clean and spacious. Everything worked without problems. Good quality of breakfast with various choices of the meals. Great coffee in fact.

Hotel & Spa Trzy Wyspy is in a perfect location, close to the promenade but far enough away to be quiet. The room was clean and had everything we needed, although the bed was uncomfortable. I would like to thank the staff, who were very kind and allowed us to make changes when we were unavoidably delayed.

Staff speaks only polish + a little German. I would expect to be able to use English in a rather large hotel in a tourist destination. My limited german was however sufficient for communicating with the staff.

Large and clean rooms with good furniture. Nice to have a pool + gym at the hotel. The location is excellent, and it takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are good and worth its money.

Great place just around the corner to the main promenade. Near the park and also the beach. Light clean room. Tasty breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful. The receptionist (Agniezska) is nice person. Also the pool attendant and the breakfast crew. Very pleasant stay over all.

The breakfast was outstanding! The relaxing massage was done very professionally, was very relaxing and comforting. The pool is about 12 meters, quite big for a hotel. The room was clean and nice.

My recent stay at Trzy Wyspy booked through Booking.com was marked by several notable discrepancies that I believe require attention and resolution. Let me outline my concerns: 1. **Lack of Tea and Coffee Making Facilities:** It was disappointing to discover that the room lacked some basic amenities, notably tea and coffee making facilities. While this may seem minor, these amenities are commonly expected by guests for a more comfortable stay. 2. **Absence of English Speaking Receptionist:** Effective communication is essential while traveling, and I encountered difficulties due to the absence of an English-speaking receptionist during my stay. This impacted my interactions with the staff and affected my overall experience. However, my most significant concern revolves around the smoking policy: 3. **Misleading No Smoking Policy Regarding Balcony:** I had selected this property with the understanding that smoking would be allowed on an outdoor balcony, as this was not only a preference but a necessity for me as a smoker. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was surprised to find a "No Smoking" sticker on the balcony door. This was in direct contradiction to my expectations and the information presented in the property's listing. The availability of an outdoor space for smoking was a crucial factor in my choice of accommodation, and its misrepresentation significantly impacted my stay. Given these issues, I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and misrepresentation I experienced during my stay at Trzy Wyspy. I believe that addressing these concerns will enhance the guest experience and prevent similar discrepancies in the future. I look forward to a constructive response from the property management, outlining the steps they intend to take to rectify these issues and ensure more accurate representations in the future.

The only positive was the fact that it was in a central location and had clean modern rooms
