A Wroclaw issue not the hotels….but the extremely loud car engines all night long is a lot. Never encountered this in any other city.

Clean, safe property steps from the main square. Modern rooms with comfy bed. Great breakfast.

Room was small for two people.

This was my third time staying at the hotel, and once again it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. I really enjoy coming back here and will definitely stay again on my next visit.

The receptionist was outstanding! She was very helpful and went out of her way to assist us in finding a doctor who was able to see me the same day.

A wonderful hotel. I booked a room and a suite at the same time, and everything was fine, clean, and the food was delicious. I hope to return someday.

Only one issue was it could do with abit more of an atmosphere in the hotel etc nice bar area with some music etc

It was located perfect to everything although still nice and quiet in the evenings when wanting to wind down, also we had the breakfast that was great value for money where there’s a buffet and fresh pancakes or omelette cooked for you.

Location is perfect, just a few steps from the Old Town square. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, they offer breakfast for 60 PLN, didn’t try it thou.

Everything, the hotel itself is in the best location, with a dwarf right outside lol. The facilitites in the hotel and nearby are all you will need and the room was extremely comfortable.

Room size-realy big, climatized, doughter has a separated bed in her Owen room. Tasty breakfast, genial placed in the center of the town.

The only small problem we encountered, our room being on the top floor ment we had to carry our travel bags up the last flight of stairs. This was fine for me but people with mobility issues this may be a problem.

The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The room we had was a good size and had everything you need for a short stay. The location is perfect. Staff very professional and helpful.

Please, please get proper lightproof curtains in all rooms! My room only had a net curtain, so after sun rise my room was flooded with light; impossible to sleep. I could only get a proper sleep after buying a sleeping mask.

Excellent location in the city centre. Amazing breakfast, you can even order some specialities additional to the buffet. They provide water in the lobby, ambient, cold and sparkling for free; great bonus. Overall I had a very nice stay.

It is right next to the main square, literally 1 min walk. The room is cosy and very clean. There is also a water dispenser at the reception where you can refill bottles for free. There is a glass bottle with 2 glasses in the room that we could use.

The bed was so uncomfortable the first night I didn't get any sleep. As soon as I told reception in the morning they gave me a better room and, because it was a bigger bed I was able to stack duvets and nake it more comfortable. Generally the beds seem to be mattress covers over a box. Really uncomfortable but I was very happy with the response to my complaint xx
