The standard room was a box, with access to the bed from just one side, no good for us older folk. We had to upgrade, next room was much better. Only other was it being too light, black out blinds/curtains should be a basic in any hotel.

Great location 2 minutes from the main square, staff were great and the breakfast excellent!

The only thing stopping me giving this hotel a 10/10 was how soft the pillows were. Beds were huge and very comfy but the pillows were ridiculously soft with no support which resulted in both me and my wife suffering neck ache after 3 nights here

Absolutely perfect location - a stone's throw from the main square in the old town. Rooms were very big and well kept - lovely clean hotel with helpful staff and breakfast had plenty of choice as well

A Wroclaw issue not the hotels….but the extremely loud car engines all night long is a lot. Never encountered this in any other city.

Room was small for two people.

This was my third time staying at the hotel, and once again it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. I really enjoy coming back here and will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Only one issue was it could do with abit more of an atmosphere in the hotel etc nice bar area with some music etc

It was located perfect to everything although still nice and quiet in the evenings when wanting to wind down, also we had the breakfast that was great value for money where there’s a buffet and fresh pancakes or omelette cooked for you.

Location is perfect, just a few steps from the Old Town square. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, they offer breakfast for 60 PLN, didn’t try it thou.

The only small problem we encountered, our room being on the top floor ment we had to carry our travel bags up the last flight of stairs. This was fine for me but people with mobility issues this may be a problem.

The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The room we had was a good size and had everything you need for a short stay. The location is perfect. Staff very professional and helpful.

Please, please get proper lightproof curtains in all rooms! My room only had a net curtain, so after sun rise my room was flooded with light; impossible to sleep. I could only get a proper sleep after buying a sleeping mask.

Excellent location in the city centre. Amazing breakfast, you can even order some specialities additional to the buffet. They provide water in the lobby, ambient, cold and sparkling for free; great bonus. Overall I had a very nice stay.
