Traditional hut style, is very close to gubalowka, and with a shared kitchen where you could cook food.It was a comfortable stay.You could opt for breakfast a day prior if you need.

Regarding the accommodation, please note that there are a few minor maintenance items: the absence of soup in the shower, a shower door that is off its hinge, a wall socket that is loose, and a wobbly balcony table. These issues should not significantly affect your stay. 🛠️🚪🪑

No reply to a written enquiry, but the owner is nice and helpful when approached in person. Shabby towels and a stained sofa cover. Heating turned off during the day (mind, it is warm enough without it, but we couldn't dry wet gloves etc during the day). I was a bit disappointed, misguided, maybe by the advirtising information. There is no common indoor area with wooden benches. The kitchen is a small annexe and you have to eat in the room. The space in the room with antresola doesn't have a mountainous feeling.. Especially in the main room, which lacks cosiness and light. I wouldn't like to spend time there if it rained. It didn't, though, and we had a blast regardless of my grandiose expectation. I suppose, what you get is worth the money spent. .

Location - close to szymaszkowa (gubalowka, skiing, chair lift) and lipki (for a free fun of sledging - not only for kids! Or a kind skiing slope). Also, it is relatively close to Krupowki and a grocery shop. Well equipped shared kitchen (do not put your stuff under the freezer compartment in the fridge on the right, though. It will freeze your food to death 😀 Surprisingly, a comfortable sofa downstairs and duvets. Helpful lady owner. The house is beautiful from the outside, and there is a separate entrance to the guests' quarters. Overall, a basic but comfortable enough stay.

• We were told there would be tea and coffee provided, but when we arrived, they were almost gone. • The bathroom could use some improvement. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly, and no shower gel was provided. • The check-in process wasn’t great. We wandered around for a while, and although the staff we encountered all worked there, none of them were willing to help with check-in.

• Our stay at the villa was overall enjoyable, thanks to the stunning views. • The villa itself is cozy, atmospheric, and made of wood, which added to the charm. • The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. • The location is quite convenient, as it’s fairly close to the center and easy to get around. • Despite some issues, the breathtaking mountain view made up for everything.

"double bed" was not double bed but larger single bed (140cm), not comfortable for two persons. Advertised mountain view, but reality terrible (see on photo). TV was not working. Only one available electricity plug in room. Building have bad acoustic, we experience noise of 45-50dB in room when other guests just only walk on upper floor, sleepless nights. Shared kitchen where no one care of cleaning and garbage removing for 4 days.
