I had stayed at this property before so knew what to expect. It is a decent accommodation in a very good location, surrounded by restaurants and shops. We were able to check in early without any problems.

Nothing negative that I can think of. You get what you pay for!

The villa is in a quiet area and very comfortable. The breakfast is tasty.

The location was nice, in the center of the city. There is a private parking in front of the hotel. Bed and pillows were comfortable and was clean.

Upon arrival, a boy and a girl from the staff (possibly the owners), were smoking at the front door, not helping us out to accomodate and looking at us as if we were unwelcome and were disturbing their peace. Eventually the guy decided to stand up and ring the bell, so someone else would come and bring us the key. Towels were old, worn out, with torn up edges.

Very decent place. Flexible check-in and easy to find. Very good location surrounded by restaurants. Walking distance to Terma Bania.

The rooms & bathrooms need a bit of upgrade. Missing light bulbs and a bit of mold around windows.

Good price and service ratio. Tasty breakfast. Everything was good.

The bathroom ventilation didn't work. Everything else is great.

The breakfast was superb and the room was very clean.

The owner gave us the keys without asking for the identity card, the keys could be given to anyone. There is no sidewalk, its difficult to walk in Białka Tatrzańska.
