It could be a bit more clean generally. There was dust on the desk in the room. Some of the fornitures are a bit old in the room and also the toilet it does not shine. Is on the 4th floor without elevator so if you travel with big luggages be prepared. The pillows are too small and soft and the bed not so confortable.

Very good position near the old town. In the room there is a nice balcony. The toilet is big and there is also a big kitchen. Communication with the host easy and quick. Quiet room because it faces the inside of the building.

Everything suit my expectations.

The location from the city centre is perfect. You are able to reach out anywhere you would like to go or do in Wroclaw. As well around the neighbourhood you are able to fine a lot of stores where you can do your shopping list of groceries.

I really wanted to give this apartment a 10 if not for this one big problem...The front door of the apartment had locking issues. It would not lock from the inside. In order to lock it, someone has to enter the code from the outside (which is impossible when everyone is inside the apartment.) While in the apartment, strangers from the street gained access into the building and opened the door to the apartment asking if I was reception while I was sitting in the living room. That's when I realized the door did not lock. The owner was very communicative, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved during my stay. I felt a bit uneasy about this at night, especially when I found the main building door open on many occasions (someone had propped it open with the rug). The main building door handle was also broken. The door issues made my stay feel a bit unnerving. Although nothing happened, this would probably be a deal breaker for some travelers (for example, I would not feel comfortable leaving my luggage in the living room after check out even if that was an option.)

Great value. Location was close to old town. The apartment felt like a nice airbnb. The cleaning lady was very nice (although she worked at a very odd and late hour past 11pm!). Comfortable room/bed. I liked the attached balcony. Washing machine was much appreciated. Also appreciated the free tea and coffee (even milk in the fridge!). Plenty of good shower gel and hand soap in the bathrooms.

The stairs with my bag were a pain but I think this is common for the area.

The place was comfortable, clean and spacious. The response to questions were sufficient and helpful. And check out is a gracious amount of time.

Had to call to find out how to get in to the room, got instructions in polish, had to call to get in the parking lot and got out with my car only because lucily a local had opened the gate. Instructions on these things before arrival would have been great...

Very good spot, almost in centrum of Breslau, parking inside a closed area possible. The room was very simple but cosy and clean. The shared bathroom was also very cleaned and aince there were 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms it was enough.

I didn't like: The fact that you can clearly hear the sound (voices) from the next room, the other guests were noisy in morning. Fourth floor without elevator. Need light isolation at the door that gives way to the balcony.

I did like: The check in process with clear instructions. The apartment very clean and organized. Big bathroom with big bathe 🛁 with shower gel. The location is very good less than 15 minutes walking to old Square (Rynek) 10 minutes driving to the railway main station ( Wrocław Główny )

Unfortunately, I didn’t like the fact that you could hear people on the corridor, also stairs very squeaky.

I liked the bathroom downstairs with a massive bath, everything was clean and tidy, equipped with all the appliances.

1) It can potentially be noisy: you could hear when people walked up the stairs or passed through the corridor, especially if someone was in the kitchen; but on the plus side, other guests were respectful, which is important in any shared accommodation. 2) I found the mattress not particularly comfortable, as if it wasn't thick enough and the pillows were rather small, but this did not prevent me from sleeping.

The location, the room, the kitchen and bathroom facilities, the balcony, and the responsiveness of the host... The access to the flat was very easy too. I would recommend this flat especially in terms of value for money.

Late check in (6pm), however it’s understandable considering the time needed to clean the rooms after previous guests who can stay there up to 3pm.

Great location (loads of shops around and only a 5min walk to the market square), lovely staff who really takes care of the place, late check out (3pm instead of 11am).

Not getting all the codes beforehand (to the building and to the apartment) to access the property on my own. One electric socket not working. Broken roller blinds but thankfully other curtains were present.

Comfy long bed and warm long duvet. Desk and chair in the room for remote working. Stable wifi connection. Well-equipped kitchen with tea and coffee. Overall a good standard.

When we came back after our check in time the room wasn’t cleaned. Dirty towels on the floor and unclean toilet.

The location was great close to the old town ..Restaurants are close by.The cleaning lady was also very friendly.You get a good value for money. They allowed us to leave our bags before check in so it gave us a chance to tour the old town before check in.

The location was very convenient and favorable since it was near the market square and trams to move around. The cleaning lady made sure the place was spotlessly clean and organized everything so well. The kitchen was well equipped with all items needed for cooking. The other thing I liked was that it was so quite throughout and peaceful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to anyone who intends to visit Wroclaw.
