The room was in ground floor and it was cold during night time.

The room was not clean enough. Some hairs were around in the bath.

The fact we could not stay for the second night in the same room, but we just did not have a reservation. Part of the breakfast buffet was a bit hidden. The changing place and shower room in the spa area was very small considering how big the hotel is.

The place was great, but surroundings just amazing! A museum very close. A place to have a walk. A place to have some pizza and a playground for kids. Place to rent a kayak. Like a city inside a city 😅 Plus breakfast was also amazing. We were sitting outside, the weather back then was perfect. Our baby was also enjoying it a lot! The room was very big and so clean. For us it was great that it was on the ground floor. The parking place was very close to the building, where we were staying. Amazing spa area!!!

We were blessed with fine weather for our 4 night stay, but in colder rainier times, the long trek from the rooms to the breakfast/restaurant and pool would be unpleasant.

Unusual , high quality product, in quiet area yet only 20 mins from C Wroclaw. Outside dining area very comfortable and breakfast very good

Even I have the “history” with Zamek Topaz for for more than four years (I’ve been staying there usually 2-4 times a year) but each time I’ve been met like a “newcomer” 😉

Breakfest was wonderful. A little bit too time we lost for dinner in the restaurant. It was good we could visit restaurant with pet, but just it's quite hard to keep dog couple of hours in silence.

My only suggestion would be better lighting at the street entrance sign for those arriving at night.

Staff was super courteous even at later arrival than originally planned. Rooms were clean and amenities were appreciated. Especially enjoyed the ability to make a cup of tea in the evening after a long day of driving. The grounds are absolutely amazing and the gardeners take pride in their work. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety to choose from. Service staff were very quick to assist. We did not utilize the swimming pool or hot tub, nor did we visit the museum on premises, but I am sure they were just as wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

The nearby promenade is well established and the breakfast is delicious. The restaurant dinner was also very delicious..Not only did you use the sauna and spa facilities, but the water quality of the pool was clean

There are buildings that don't have elevators because it's a low-rise accommodation, so check in advance if your luggage is heavy

The room is clean and the bedding is good. It was especially nice to be able to use the swimming pool and sauna spa. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious.

Awesome place, located in the nice garden with a pond, perfect breakfast, nice staff, and the restaurant is a must-try. I can only recommend this place. Only a few details separate this place from the absolute top, however, the details make a perfect experience. 9/10

However, a few days after we had all checked out, the host was contacted to settle a pending bill that had been charged to his room by another guest, of which we had not been informed at the time of departure. It was an awkward and confusing situation, as we couldn’t understand how any charges could have been made to the host’s room without their authorisation, signature, or even reference to a room number. This post-stay issue was unfortunate and somewhat embarrassing, and it did take away from what had otherwise been an enjoyable experience.

We stayed at Zamek Topacz for a private celebration and were truly impressed by the stunning property and beautiful surroundings. The spa was lovely, and the bed and linens were of excellent quality, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The food was good, and although the service was only adequate, the overall experience during our stay was very pleasant.

The comfort in the room was not given. It was loud, you could hear the neighbors although they spoken normally, they were not shouting, just the walls a paper thin. I was told at the reception to try another room in another building next time.

Great area to relax, go for a walk and enjoy the peace and quiet. Lots of green space. Very good breakfast, with a variety to choose from. Nice and clean rooms.
