Breakfast offered a good selection and was tasty. However the personel was not very attentive, slow to respond when some stuff ran out and did not say when it will be replenished even when requested i.e: eggs without bacon are not that great, pancakes ran out too before I could take a few. When I wanted to pick up something in my room durring dinner I had to pay first before leaving which is quite normal in a restaurant but maybe less so when you are a guest and your room is 15 meters away. It would be nice to have your spend put on the room and pay at checkout.

Very nice hotel with friendly reception. I have to say that the food was quite good and tasty and choice in the menu was good and interesting.. The room was clean, spacious and quiet so for those who want to stay a bit away from the center I would recommend the hotel as I enjoyed the stay there.

I ve got room for disabled people even i did not ask for. the bathroom was opened, no shower cabinet no bathtub, no curtains, just shower in the corner. after shower the water was everywhere in the bathroom. the breakfast was good, but small selection. bed was not so comfortable, mattress like trampoline.

Some of the handles and bathroom fixtures were worn and in need of maintenance or replacement.

Property is clean and nice. Breakfast room was small, but breakfast itself was good. There was plant based milk option for coffee. There is also a supermarket in the building, which is convenient if you’re traveling by car and need to buy some snacks for the road.

However, the (very slow) wifi is only there if the TV is kept on, and only 4 devices are allowed. There is also a gap between two parts of the "large" bed, and the quilt provided is not for adults. There are no boxes of tissues. In light of this, the 130 EUR nightly rate is a rip-off.

On the eastern edge of Wroclaw, the hotel sits above a large supermarket. Very convenient to shop, given the lack of restaurants nearby. Plenty wooded area by the Oder river for taking a walk.

I needed to ask the help of the kind and courteous staff for help with the WiFi connection.

The on site restaurant was a very nice convenience to not have to trek into town.

There was no wine opener in the kitchen, also when people come for a short stay it would be helpful to have some salt , pepper oil in the kitchen, we needed to buy some to make breakfast and we would not be able to take it to the plane, so maybe small samples in the kitchen it is something to consider. No wine glasses as well.

I like the design, balcony and space, very comfortable beds and clean space.

It's a 30 min tram ride away from the city centre, and 10-15mins away by taxi. The transportation was very efficient and the rides both by transport and taxi were pleasant, but for someone who just wants to set foot from hotel to the city it might be something to reconsider

The staff and reception were very welcoming, the room was clean and the decor was pretty. The breakfast was excellent; very abundant and tasteful. In the evening, the breakfast room turns into an Asian restaurant and the food was exquisite.

Me and my husband will definitely be coming back soon! The location is perfect! The room is so spacious, had a lovely decor and so clean! Was there for one night and wished i booked a longer stay... The bed was also very comfortable.

I dont like the condition system. Parking cost 40pln/ day. Breakfast cost 45pln, 7:30-10 everyday, even though we didn't eat here.

I like the shower, teapot and Biedrionka nearby😁 Tram station is also near, and you can pay simple by card in it.
