There was nothing I didn't like about it.

The owners, John and Gloria, are great. Very friendly, and gave me some ideas of some places to go to eat and sight see. The view is amazing, and the location was perfect for every place I wanted to go. I will definitely be coming back.

Only recommendation would be to upgrade to 100% cotton bed sheets (microfiber) and add a larger coffee pot.

Beautiful view, nicely decorated, and close to the marina for excellent dining.

We loved everything!

The space was a comfortable and clean delighful hosts the view was amazing. John was available every time we called on him. We will definitely come back to visit. The price was good and we enjoyed everything here at Seascape 🇵🇷❤️

Didn't like going home.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and were able to point me in the right direction for anything I needed.

Quiet room attached to a private home. Owners were wonderful. They gave us all the privacy we wanted, yet were available for any questions we had. Very nice people. We felt very safe in a gated community of private homes. It was situated where we needed to be, yet a drive to get to places such as the marina or the rain forest. But convenient to get to both. I would definitely stay there again.

Room with a great view from the terrace. Amazing owner! Quite gated neighborhood close to the ferry and best beaches around Fajardo. Highly recommend.

Really nothing to complain about.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained by its hosts in their lovely home in a nice area. It has a lovely view of the sea and we really appreciated the beach chairs and towels available to us.

Nothing we didn't like.

Hosts are fantastic, interesting people who provide many amenities in a small apartment attached to their house with an incredible view of the sea. It's peaceful and beautiful.

I cannot recommend enough the seascape guest room. Yes to everything other reviews have already mentioned, excellent hosts, spacious, beautiful, clean room with big windows, amazing views, supplies, big closet, desk, comfortable adjustable bed, chairs for the balcony, beach towels..I may be forgetting some of the amenities, but this place has all you will need for a relaxing holiday. I visited Puerto Rico for the first time, so I did a little tour around before ending up in Fajardo. No other place I stayed in -3 in total- compared to the slightest to the seascape guest room. Besides the accommodation, John and Gloria are among the best hosts I ever met. Always available, very pleasant people will always greet you with a smile, and if you prefer privacy, you won't even notice they stay next door.

Beautiful view overlooking the marina/ocean. Sunrise was amazing! Close to restaurants, shopping. About half hour drive to the beaches and to El Yunque National Forest. Quiet neighborhood in gated community. We felt very safe. John & Gloria are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the marina is fantastic place for dinner!

We are glad we chose Las Gaviotas for our stay. The location was perfect for our reasons for travel to Puerto Rico at the time. It was a good, peaceful place to come back to once we spent the days in our planned activities. The owners of the property were gracious, friendly and helpful. We would return sometime in the future if it is appropriate.
