The sea is not that beautifull. No remote for the AC, nothing to store clothes, no window that can be open.

The pool looks nice and you can have diner in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel had a great price and it was very clean. My room was right at the beach, but there wasn't much of a view because it had a very high window. The location was great, even though it was at a beautiful beach.

The only complaint is that during the weekend we wanted to rest, but they were using a pressure machine that made a lot of noise.

I really liked the place, since although it is not in San Juan, it is located close to everything. The facilities are relatively new and very clean.

Perhaps the fact of not enough towels, . You have a coffee machine but no cups, or no advise to bring our own to brew coffee or tea, and they don't have breakfast or coffee machine at the office, nor water fountain

Location is superb They are expanding the restaurant so we experienced to be in the middle of it, but did not affect. The personnel and owner are the best, very customer service oriented

Only two towels were provided, coffee machine but nothing else. Very, very, very simple. I understand they are remodeling, adding more to the restaurant, but rooms need more attention

Parking was a bit hard. Getting to the location was tricky. Wish the pool had been up and running.

Beach front access was easy. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant was clean and fun.

There were no wash towels or hair dryer in the room. The location is a little sketchy.

The property was clean and currently being updated. The owners were very nice. The food in the restaurant was excellent! Close to the ferry to take you to Old San Juan.

A few more ‘frills’ with the rooms would elevate the experience for very little outlay. More/better toiletries, bottled water, and provision of a hair drier - we would have gladly paid a few dollars more for.

The most fantastic position, directly on a delightful beach. The staff were amazing - friendly and welcoming. Nice on-site restaurant and bar. For us, coming from England, it was an authentic taste of Puerto Rican culture, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were OK, nothing too flashy, but clean and functional.

Quite location. Restaurant had an amazing salsa band with local dancers 👯‍♂️. Beach was empty. Free shuttle to cruise ship

No pool, same menu choices daily, no beach chairs for their private beach. No coffee in the room to go with coffee maker.

The room door barely latches, doesnt seal out light/noise/mosquitoes. No deadbolt. Might as well hang beads in the doorway. Had a bunch of loud drunks outside the door (wedding party), felt unsafe without a door that would stop someone.

Need better towels, not able to control the AC, room cold and wall sweated and floors and walls got wet. Loud AC compressor..

It's was a clean place, new, really excellent location. Peaceful and safe. Nice staff..
