It was a perfect location, close to places you can walk to, and the bed was comfortable.

There was alot of construction noise in the morning.

Central Location

Although I was asked if I minded some street noise, motorbikes and partying till 2am just outside the room with only some shutters to muffle the sounds was a bit unreasonable.

It was comfortable, clean, & safe. Great location.

Super noisy!!! Didn’t sleep ONE full night while I was there. Everything from cars, people, construction, & dump trucks, everything was loud. Unfortunately the ear plugs given to us for noise did not work. We also asked for room service to come back one hour later once we were gone for the day & they never cleaned our room. We were left with the same towels & no toilet paper by the time we checked out.

The best location in old San Juan. The staff war really friendly and helpful! The room was really clean.

There was no window in the room which we could open for fresh air, but it was ok there was no bad smell

Staff was fantastic; friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for Old San Juan. Room was beautiful and spotless.

These are not truly negatives but there is no parking. Technically, you can park on the street, but good luck with that. There is a public parking lot about a 8 min walk that cost me $6 for almost 48hrs of parking. The staff let us drop off our bags so we didn't have to drag them to the hotel. Also not a negative, but the shower is a bit small, Europe style, but we are a tad "big boned".

Perfect location, incredible guest services reps, extremely clean property and rooms. 10/10 will stay again.

right in the middle of the old town, with restaurants, cafes, shops around. Very clean, impeccable bedding, white towels, very friendly staff

Very comfortable room and bed. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No parking. Too much noise from the street, especially since, our room was facing the street where there is construction going on.

It was very spacious clean and with a super cool view, and he was very central to many shops and key stops.

I can’t think of anything, but if I have to say something, I guess it was too bad that the Plaza de Armas was completely closed. That of course has nothing to do with your property.
