Minor issue, the air conditioner is quite load when it cycles on. If you happen to be watching TV you have to turn it up. The shower head does not adjust well and gets water on the floor.

Very attractive spacious apartment with large windows, king size bed, nice kitchen. Convenient to several restaurants and minimarts, a park and a beach. A bit of a walk to old town, about a mile, but quite nice.

AC Unit was to noice turning on and off and it was very hard to sleep and a tile was lift under the carpet that i almost trip on it.

You can’t beat the spacious and home-like feeling of the loft. Once you master the parking and elevators, it is so comfortable and easy to navigate getting in and out. It felt very safe. The concierge staff at the desk were very helpful.

Nothing bad to say. Hamburger spot up the block was awesome. Serving burgers since 1962.

Only recommendation to the host is to have some coffee and drinking water. We arrived with late flight and had no chance to buy it ourselves for next morning. Air conditioner was loud at night, so better regulate it to warmer setting before going to sleep.

Fully equipped, clean and has a comfy bed. Close to the beach and 5$ uber to old town.

The condo was so well decorated and the cleanliness impeccable. It is located half way between Old San Juan and Condado neighborhood. We loved the walkable distance. There is a 24/7 concierge. And communication with the owner was the easiest.

the parking lot was 7 levels down with narrow entrance. hard to navigate with a large suv.

clean, renovated studio. It is a great place for families with kids. The studio is relatively large, it is more like a one bedroom apartment, lots of space for kids to run around.

The A/C fan is loud. We turned it off at night and when watching TV by bumping up the thermostat. There is no major grocery nearby. (We took one Uber to the Supermercados Pueblo near the airport, then a second Uber to the condo.)

Stay was luxurious and allowed us to prepare meals rather than eat in restaurants. The building and unit have good security. Short walk to nice beach “Balneario El Escambrón.” (Walk to right as you exit the building, then turn left on C. San Agustín.) Excellent beer and wine at Ambrosia Fine Wines https://ambrosiafinefoods.net/ a block to the right as you head out the main entrance, at intersection of C. Martín Fernández. (It recently opened so it’s not on Google Maps.) It was an easy cheap Uber to the cruise port.

I'm a light sleeper, so the loud A/C turning on and off all night caused some restless sleep. Couldn't set A/C fan to always on. Parking on bottom level of garage. 7 levels down into assigned parking location. Understandable but inconvenient.

Prefer this over a hotel room ANY DAY. Location was great. Far enough from shops and restaurants that the noise was minimal, but close enough that a 5 minute scooter ride could get you there. The price was fair. Room was a very nice size. Accommodations were clean and modern.

The area is not that touristy and there were not many options unless someone has a car or uses uber

The noise from nearby pub is till 11 pm. Not able to control conditioner, which is a load one.

Easy to check in and out, timely response from host. Clean modern studio with great layout , smart TV. Good neighbors in the building. Diverse and interesting views from the studio’s floor - to ceiling windows. Good security. Filled safe. Good location: can walk to old San Juan. Provided water, sugar and other essentials.

There was no breakfast other than that the apartment had a lik smell in the place when we first got there just lit a candle to subdued the smell other than that the place is great also in the middle of surrounding areas I will stay here again

Very bright and well lit, spacious apartment. Very clean and well equipped and well stocked. The place is very well laid out. Centrally located on the third floor in a secure building. Beds were very comfortable. Provided all the basic supplies.
