There was not much to not like about the property. A trash can for the kitchen area would have been helpful. We just used a plastic bag. Breakfast could have had more options. But it's a grab and go and there are sooo many places to eat in PR. There's a popular bakery a block down so it's not an issue. Perhaps a partnership with the bakery can be made in the future . Even if it's just their amazing bread.

The hotel was very clean and room was spacious. The decor was amazing and staff was welcoming Laneicha the front desk was very helpful ! Shout out to her . The staff takes pride and is very professional.

The check in was supposed to be at 3pm, they made us wait till 4:20 because they were cleaning the room. When we got our room the bathroom floor was still dirty, all in sand.

The location wasnt great. On a side street, you have to go over the highway on a walking bridge to get to the beach, restaurants, etc. The water for showering only ever got luke warm. 😑

Beautiful hotel, very stylish. Beds were comfortable. Had a bar on site. Restaurant is not open every day. Great that breakfast was included. Loved the style of decor- very clean and well maintained.

The only thing that I would’ve liked was if the rooms had a full size mirror but that’s just me being a girl and wanting to see my full outfit before walking out

The esthetic was beautiful, everything was nice, clean and new. The vibes were immaculate and the staff was amazing so helpful and so sweet! Very attentive. From front desk to the pool and bar staff as well as the chef and housekeeping!! Everyone was excellent! The steak tacos were amazing!!! Everything was 1000/10 definitely a great stay will be coming back!

The staff was not helpful. They made us wait for our room for 2 hours past the check-in time, when we asked for pool towels it took 40 mins, very few staff in the hotel so the service was always very slow. We weren’t given instructions on what to do during the hurricane days.

It has a good restaurant and is close to other good restaurants and hotels. Pool area was nice but very few spots considering the amount of people who stay there.

Music super loud.. it’s absolutely ridiculous. The bar and the hotel have music super loud and horrible music playing since early in the morning till 9pm. The music and the highway noise is too much. The room was disgusting, very bad cleaning full of hair everywhere. Not recommended at all. I’d you want to be in a peaceful place… that’s not the place. Staff not helpful

Nothing at all. Bad location, super noisy, on the side of the highway. No towels at all. We had to use the same towels for beach/pool and to take shower for the 2 nights that we stayed in.

I couldn’t stay in my room. There was no hot water as the boilers weren’t working (in several rooms) and there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. It was super loud and the WiFi wasn’t working.

The location didn’t seem safe. The property had pipes and construction happening which showed that it wasn’t ready to be open. There wasn’t any hot water.

The style of the property is nice, but the lack of amenities like not even having hot water wasn’t enjoyable.
