United StatesPool was unhealthily dirty. Fridge was not working; it was a simple fix that could have been solved if the staff put instructions on how to put it on. There is no use for having a TV, as there is no wi-fi, and TV only works with Internet.
Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Also, the beach is very close.

The hallways had tons of mosquitos the hallways had no AC very hot and muggy, and no elevators had to park a block from doors only one door to get in hotel. Very out dated. We had first room changed due to stains on bed sheets so they changed our room and it too had stained sheets.

United StatesTrey provided us with two towels and not even hand towels. A small roll of toilet papel that wasn’t even new. The TV was really old so it was blurry so we couldn’t watch TV. The A/C unit was loud. The mattress was hard to sleep but we were so tired after all day out that we fall asleep quick. No extra blankets. Everything was very basics. No hair dryer or iron in the room however you are able to get it from reception and bring it back. Overall is not a bad place but expect very basics. The best is the location the pool and the parking.
The location is fantastic. You are walking distance from the beach, restaurants and night life. They have a parking for guests. The staff was very nice. The pool was good after a day at the beach.

Puerto RicoRoom had no microwave, toilet paper was extremely cheap, restaurant was apparently eliminated years ago,  windows did not have plastic screens, so was necessary to keep the windows closed at all times if you wanted to enjoy air condition.
