Low water pressure when both showers running but wasn’t that bad.

The location was away from high tourist areas. Very convenient to El Yunque, many restaurants, and grocery stores. The beach access was great. Host left beer I fridge and toiletries were supplied.

Residents here play their music blaring in their cars and roosters crowing all hours of the day and night. It was difficult to sleep at times.

We loved the pool and close access to the beach. The walking distance to the small resort town was a bonus.

Love everything except for no smoking on the balcony. We had to smoke our hookah on the top of the house which was beaming with sun

The property was gated first and foremost and being that we had kids safety was most important to us. The amenities were nice . They had a pool on the property , park and field for the kids to play on . The beach was close as well but we didn’t use the beach . And the house was amazing . He had everything we needed and more .

Bedrooms are located in the back of the penthouse close to the road so you hear everything(not complaining about the actual sounds, they can't be avoided in Puerto Rico) so just bring ear plugs or stay in the living room. Rooftop Terrace didn't match the pictures. It was a bit lacking but didn't spend a lot of time there so didn't our trip. Host was wonderful. Made it easy to get keys. Also thorough with info about local hot spots. Definitely recommended this place.

The beds could be more comfortable they are starting to break down with use; so they don't offer the appropriate support for two standard size adults.

Safe, clean with all the ammenities that a home can offer. Carlos was an excellent host with good communication and clear instructions. The six pack of medulla was a nice gift. Good size kitchen with all you needed. Close supermarkets, bakery and restaurants nearby. Air conditioning in all rooms plus living room which made night time family Netflix movie nights a plus. Balcony gets a little wet with rain but the views are gorgeous.

the noise from the streets early in the morning and late at night- and the mattress in master bedroom was not too comfy.

the apartment was located near a strip of restaurants and bars so we didnt have to drive out of our way for a bite to eat. The food was delicious at the restaurants we tried there. ( Vinnys and Mickeys) the apartment was nice and cool when we got back to our rooms to relax.

The View is Amazing!!! the attention from beginning to end was great he left us instructions on everything the beach amazing the pool kid friendly The security staff were all very nice and helpful The owner welcomed us with Medallas ( local ) beer enjoyed my vacation

We had a great stay! The host was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with all home amenities, with beautiful views of the sea from the balcony and private roof terrace. Very close to many beautiful beaches, the rainforest and tasty restaurants. Highly recommend!

Carlos is a wonderful host! He is really responsive and went out of his way to provide a ton of information in the area to ensure we had a great stay. The condo is spacious and has a great view of the water. The private roof terrace was really nice, with views of the rainforest and the sea. We would definitely stay here again.

All the load noise from local street traffic and load music and service speeches around bedtime from what I was told was a local church/worship gathering.

Located perfectly for what we wanted to do.
