Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Rosado Villa Marina! The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. It’s spacious, with 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms, and the added bonus of a laundry area right in the unit. The location was easy to find, in a safe and quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Carlos and Carla were excellent hosts—very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Fajardo!

N/A. Everything was perfect. I would recommended this to everyone looking to stay in PR. Lots of stores nearby and beaches.
The property was beautiful and clean. You get a sense of comfort as soon as you walk through the doors. Everything was perfect. The AC, the beds, and how spacious it was. The Rosados’ were also very responsive and I never had any issues. The instructions were clear as well.

Unfortunately the pool was being refurbished- however we were informed well in advance of our stay. We had a lot of difficulty with uber, etc. finding the address. Casa Rosado is the name of the apartment itself, not the complex it is in. That could have been clearer.
We loved this apartment - it was so comfortable, particularly a fantastic sofa/living room area which was so nice to all hang out together. Great WiFi and TV with Netflix, etc. Very clean and excellent facilities. Delighted to have access to both a washing machine and dryer. El Torito is a great bar around the corner with good food if you are staying local, or it is a short drive to other restaurants (we did not have a car, but there is a parking space for the apartment).

Nothing at all! We love this unit!
Very friendly and warm hosts, spacious unit with everything we need! Close to the EI Yunque National Park and Ceiba Ferry terminal so worked so well for our itinerary! Secure gate and nice neighborhood and our family enjoyed our stay so much and definitely recommend it to everyone who shares similar travel plans in PR!

This condo was amazing not a bad thing to say loved the condo very safe area we loved the location and Carlos was awesome to deal with very responsive whenever we needed to contact him from the start of the booking until we departed ! An active marina close but also made our stay more interesting!
A super spacious, modern and sleek condo with a great covered patio. the kitchen was well equipped with appliances. There was a cupboard full of spices and oils for cooking. the pool was just up the hill. we had booked several boat trips out of Fajardo and our Airbnb was less than 5 minutes away. most restaurants and stores were five or ten minutes from the condo. Carlos responded very quickly with any question I had. it was a great stay!
