A few things to note: the second tower was a bit of a work in progress, so there was construction outside of our balcony but not too loud too early. The entryway to the main tower is locked from 10pm to 10am so we had to walk around in the morning to grab towels for the beach. We never felt unsafe but the door to the second tower is never locked nor do you need a room key to get in so you could just cut in through the atrium area. It might be more secure once they finish their work. Also, the road at the end of the block floods from the Condado Lagoon at high tide at night, so its best to walk down Calle Clemenceau when coming back.

The location was great, just a few blocks from the beach but not on Ashford so it was quieter. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We appreciated having a balcony (we were in the second tower) to dry things off and liked all the hooks in the room.and tons of drawers and mirrors to get ready.

No parking lot and street parking can take you a couple of minutes to find until you get lucky. They didn’t have microwave as pictured when asked they were broken.

The aesthetic of the property very beautiful ! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service was amazing and staff were friendly.

The airco is too cold, in the restaurant and in the hotel área. The bar add automatically the tip so you have no choice

From Experience a convenient place to stay with a 15 minute walk to the beach. And about 20 minutes from the airport . The location is clean and safe . Smells nice too . Walking distance is a few restaurants. Customer service is great, the day staff at the front desk seemed more knowledgeable about the check in / checkout process than the overnight staff . If you really need your room cleaned make sure you call and remind them. They did forgot and overlooked cleaning mine once I had to make a request . I would still recommend and or stay there again .

There is no coffee in the main lobby. They give you one small coffee maker with a packet of coffee in your room. I am assuming that due to the on-sight restaurant, which is very expensive. So be prepared. The matresses were so-so.

Really liked the hotel and restaurant, excellent food! My only negative was the hot tub was not clean until the day we checked out. We complained about it and it took a couple of days to get it clean. But pool was beautiful and everything else very nice

The elevator its to loudly, the room its clean but small, in the pool don't have privacy. People in the restaurant and surrounding areas can see you in the pool.

I like the bed, and its very quiet at the night. The breakfast its nice, and the coffee its good. The employees are very nice.

Room was cold and a/c difficult to control.

Liked location in Condado and convenience to that area. Good access to cruise ships and airport. Staff very nie and helpful. GastroPub in hotel was good food and convenient. Only real "complaint" was inability to get room warm enough to sleep comfortable. A/C difficult to control and hot water in room was scarce. Will likely to return if again visit San Juan.

A larger room would have been great, but it was sufficient. In Booking, it lists as a 4 star hotel. I am not sure how this is determined, but would classify it as a 3 star. The hotel was clean and adequate for our needs.

The location was great. For the price point, it was great, compared to other locations. It was not on the beach, but a short walk to beachfront with chairs/umbrella included. Since we were not in a "beach every day" plan, this was fine for the one day we went to the beach. Loved the $25/day included restaurant voucher that offset the costs of meals in the hotel (and despite the other info I read prior, they just apply a 25xdays total as a credit for consumption for the full stay). And breakfast was great. Staff was awesome too. Valet and parking was fine too - 25/day like most others and they were quick and accommodating w/ vehicle in/out.

The cleanliness and quality/niceness of the walls, shower etc are what you expect from a comfort inn (which it used to be) (best Western, quality inn, Etc). We stayed for one night before our cruise and we slept well, so can't complain

We got a credit at the restaurant next door, and breakfast there was good. We had what seemed like a bonus room/ area that had a couch, coffee maker, fridge, so that was nice. Staff was great

The room was very small for 4 people. Probably better for 2. Not able to control the temperature of the room.

It was off the Main Street but close enough to walk a few places such as the beach and restaurants.
