The way the employees would treat us. And the breakfast was delicious. The pool and beach were awsome.

Well at first they gave us a messup room but I complained and they gave me an upgrade witch was great. Then we were super happy.

The reception didn’t take my charge cards but the attendant was super helpful and kind. I wished the room had a sofa but that’s about it

We booked a room with oceanfront view but we had a flat roof right underneath us with A/C or generator so loud, we couldn't open the balcony door, let alone sit outside to enjoy the view. That had a big impact on us because I love looking over the water and we booked this room especially because of the view but we didn't feel like we got what we paid for. The bathroom was okay, although we had no toiletries, a lightbulb was flickering and the safe was running low on battery so we had to try multiple times before we could open or lock it. We got the bulb changed and got toiletries so they remedied those annoyances but I wish they had better quality control and we didn't have to report these. It's just not what we expected from a Hilton.

Location was great and the hotel lobby looks great. It has a glamorous look, has a nice lingering scent and the staff is super friendly and always accommodating and courteous. The pools were good and the hotel has easy access to the public beach and there's a tunnel to go across to the other Hilton (Garden Inn) where they serve breakfast and there's an additional pool there. The bed was super comfy.

i waited for my conected room like 2 hrs for check in and then when finally i got the room when i opened the door room was wet all the floor coming to the bathroom was a lot water they come to fix it. but was a mess with tower everywhere because they can fix it. they said that they need to move us for another room. we were tired of the situation because we loss like 3 or 4 hrs in the process and only want to have fun and we said no problem live like that and we stay at the same room with all the tower everywhere. but the rest was good and staff always ask if we at the hotel because no body put the brasalete and they stop us and said if you don’t have it you can not pass or use or facility and i said i have reservations and she shocked at the cel and found us but was weird y nos abochornamos. se guillaron y nosotros veníamos d NJ a pasarla bn en nuestra isla y nosotros hicieron sentir mal con esta situación.

I FEEL LIKE THE ROOMS NEEDED SOME UPGRADES!…THE PAINT ON THE BEDS WERE KINDA CHIPPED OFF!….THE MATTRESSES DIDNT LOOK VERY CLEAN, THE COVERS WERE CLEAN EVEN THGH WE BRGHT DISPOSABLE SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES!…THE LITTLE TABLE THEY HAVE OUTSIDE ON YOUR BALCONY HAD RUST SPOTS…I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO WALK OVER TO THE SISTER HOTEL JUST TO EAT BREAKFAST AND ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS WORKING!

The resort doesn’t look exact like the photos. I didn’t like that my room had a view of the roof of the building. My room did not come with breakfast included

Lobby was beautifully updated but the rooms were old and musty. The TV was so old that we couldn't stream. The bathroom door didn't close and the shower didn't feel very clean. The glass surround had soap scum build up.

Location was great. The Bay and beach were right in the backdoor of the hotel.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable and too low to the ground. I didn't care for the mini refrigerator to be inside the bathroom.

There was no shuttle from the airport. The music in the bar was WAY too loud. The room was ok but set up oddly.

The location was great! It made picking up our rental car and getting our morning coffee extremely easy.

Employees were not very welcoming, especially compared to comparable hotels in the area. The process for room service wasn’t clear and the advertised restaurants for the hotel were all closed. This was very important when booking so it was very disappointing and made me feel it was not worth the price.

The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the pool area and the beach access. The location was great.

I did not like the staff at the pool bar. I found that I sat for 10-20 mins at a time waiting for someone to take my order.

This was my second time staying at this property in PR. I choose to stay here again because of the court yard. I wish there were chairs out there to use.

Security guard next to the pool by the gate leading to the beach had no form of education. When we would walk past him and say, " Good morning, good afternoon, or how is your day going?" He would stand there expressionless 😑 as if no one spoke to him . We tried to greet him in English and Spanish, and the reaction was the same . Very mean person! The room was nice, but the sofa in the room was full of stains and dirty hallway, carpets leading to our room were very dirty and had large dry /stained water spot as if the entire hallway had once been flooded.
