So close to the sea, convinience, beach at 1 minute, a view like no other it really makes you feel that you are on vacation. Fully-featured apartment covered parking security service very nice people lots of food choices, amenities boat trips jet ski just a 2 minute walk.

Nice location at the waterfront below El Conquistador. Has some good local restaurants nearby and a great little balcony to enjoy a sunrise view. Blackout curtains and good wifi made it easy to sleep in a bit and then get a little work done in the morning. Owner or manager was responsive and cheerful and even had a couple of welcome beers for us.

Everything was great and just like picture!

The place is very cozy and comfortable, sofas were memory foam and very comfortable, kitchen had every thing you need for making a small meal! Internet connection was really good! Gaby was very helpful and friendly, made us feel at home! I will definitely be back!! Thank you Gaby!

The washing machine and dryer are not actually in the apartment but they are in the basement floor and are coin operated ($2.00 in quarters for wash and same for dryer). Security guard will make change. There is no detergent dispenser so you will need to buy or bring your own.

The location is wonderful, within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants and a small sandy beach. The lighting along the street to restaurants & beach needs some additional lights. The patio area is spacious. Bedroom/living area is all in one room with a shelving unit dividing the bed from the living. Kitchen is small but adequate with dishes, cooking pots, utensils and there is a full size fridge/freezer. Sink is outside toilet/tub room with a large counter and a closet. There is no dishwasher but the owner left us sponge and dishwashing liquid.

Nice quiet location. The park is a great area to hang out with good restaurant choices. Seven Seas Beach is nearby also and another great place to hang out. Gabriel (Gaby) is a great host with many great suggestions.

The stove was awful to work with, the toaster didn’t work and the door locks were difficult to work with. The elevator also broke down.
