It’s very convenient, 10 minutes from beaches and shops. Well equipped kitchen and clean. 2 air conditionings and a fan. Super nice patio. Owners were very nice and they refunded us a night because of a hurricane alert that made us leave earlier than expected

There is no way to open windows since they put a plastic protection around all of them instead of screens. Wasp nests were all around the doors so we could not open the doors either when cooking. No hot water. In general the house felt darker than in the pictures

Honestly Eden's garden was the best place I've ever stayed at. It was amazing and clean. The communication with the owner was amazing. What I loved the most was how close it was to the freeway making It easy to travel.

Great location. Pretty close to many restaurants, beaches, pharmacy/ store. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. AC works great, comfortable bed and overall super clean. Great value for the property!

No hot water in the shower.

Comfortable and fully stocked space. We especially liked the outdoor porch area. Great responsive hosts. Loved the suburban neighborhood yet close to town and beaches. This home is best for couples and small families.. The daybed in the picture is now bunk beds. We would recommend this home to our friends. Be aware- the neighborhood roster starts crowing as early as 4am. I was able to tune him out and found it as a charming, authentic part of staying in Puerto Rico. But bring earplugs if you think it will bother you, lol!

I loved the location. It has a country and very peaceful feeling but at the same time it was very close to the main avenue. All main atractions and a lot of Good restaurants and chinchorros where within 10 minutes at the most. The place was very cozy and clean. It has everything u may need from kitchen appliances to detergents and even a hair dryer. It was super well distributed and comfortable and smelled great. I am definetely coming back. The owner was very atentive.

I would like to be able to stay with more family members but it is designed to fit 4 people comfortably only. It is a lovely place.

Where to start. As advertised, a piece of heaven . Centric to my wants, comfortable to where I could stay a month. If something you needed crossed your mind., there it was. From a simple battery replacement to that sugar you forgot to buy to make your morning coffee...(Then find there was coffee, sugar, the coffee maker already there for you! A well thought out, immaculate, well organized accomodations I will be returning to this quaint neighborhood and incredible apartment in the future. Thank you for making my experience here outstanding!

...That I was not here long enough to enjoy that beautiful range-oven and the patios. Hehehehe.

Quiet and private, conveniently located and had everything you would need in an apartment.

The property was clean and comfortable. The host was amazing.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice and tastefully designed! There are also good restaurants near the apartment and a short car ride away from Isabela's beautiful beaches.

The location was nice it was quiet the host was very nice you was able to go outside and sit and look at the livestock in the area.

The pictures needed to be updated and I do understand there were 3 beds however it was not described as one king size bed and a bunk bed so my suggestions just to update your photos so the possible customers can get a true look at what the place you're renting looks like

Comfortable, private, great location, clean, excellent host

We had a delightful stay at Eden's Garden. Ivonne is a gracious host and communication with her before and during the stay was excellent. The location is great for exploring the Isabela area as long as you have a car. There was a shopping center within a 10 minute drive. The room was comfortable, and the kitchen well set up for preparing some meals there. I loved taking naps on the sofa under the pavilion in the garden, and listening to the songs of the coquis in the evening. We would stay there again.

There were some maintenance issues that need attention. The roof leaked above one of the windows during rainstorms. There was no hot water at the kitchen sink. The toilet seat was loose. The shower faucet handle was loose, making it hard to adjust the shower flow.

I love the location of where the property is,the place was so comfortable beautiful and clean.The place was closer to everything.

The kitchen was well equipped and there was coffee available also. It wasa easy to cook good meals if one didn't wish to eat out. It was also so nice to eat out in the back yard which was spacious! My small dog loved it!

The roosters in the neighborhood could be annoying if you are a light sleeper so bring your earplugs! The carport also is right by your apt so if someone leaves early it will most likely wake you up.
