Since the hotel is so conveniently close to the airport, you can occasionally hear planes taking off throughout the day — a small trade-off for the unbeatable location

This hotel was a hidden gem! Perfectly located less than 10 minutes from the airport, it was an easy walk to tons of great restaurants. The pool was spotless and just a few steps from the beach, making it super easy to go back and forth. Free parking in the garage was a huge plus, and with only a handful of rooms, it had a peaceful, cozy vibe without the crowds. Definitely a place to relax and unwind.

Looove Piñones and the beaches there - and the proximity to San Juan. The neighborhood had tons of good street food and good restaurants. My kids went to juice shack every morning for smoothies and I walked the boardwalk to the end every morning while it was still quiet. The hotel itself could not be better. Clean, private, convenient. My family rented the two bedroom suite and everyone was happy.

I had to make our bed. The bottom sheet was on but I needed to lay out and tuck the top sheet and bedspread. We were asked to wash all the dishes we used and empty/take out our trash. Lastly, I was worried about having to pay for the towels/washcloths because it stated if you stained them, with makeup etc., you would be charged. Of course, they're bright white and keeping makeup off wasn't a problem but the dirt on our feet showed up on them and I just hoped it would bleach out. Hard to stay clean at the beach.

Excellent location with great ocean view. The grounds and pool were very nice and secluded. Loved having access to the boardwalk.

The bathroom wasn't as comfortable as expected but still ok (only warm water, not hot, at the shower; only cold water at the bathroom sink; nowhere to hang towels). Beautiful pool, but too cold.

Very clean, full kitchen, very well maintained, quiet, beautiful view of pool area and ocean from outside balcony, secure parking, friendly and accommodating staff.

Great location, fantastic view with a pool courtyard and ocean beyond. It was great to sit and read on the porch with the view of the ocean and sound of the wave. Secure. Very clean and well kept! Kind proprietor. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

I understand the reason for the security cameras around the property but I'm not a fan of being surveilled, it's a necessary evil (don't worry, no cameras in the rooms). Also, bear in mind that this area is a 'party' area, nearby establishments may play music on some evenings well into the night.

The ability to walk out to the beach, nearby restaurants, and local area is a great positive. Other attractions are a short drive away. Also, the pool was great as well as the sound of crashing waves throughout the day. The property itself was isolated and feels completely separated from its surroundings, definitely felt safe and secure. Also, another plus for the parking garage. Highly recommend.

Our only slight negative was the ‘rustic’ area outside. While the security cameras and locking garage and street door were sufficient the locale was a little unkempt. I would add that we walked the boardwalk and local streets and didn’t feel at all unsafe. The beach is nice but not to swim and rocky with a strong undercurrent.

Ultra clean apartment and everything you might need inside. Good TV and loads of free channels. Lovely balcony with a pretty good sea view and right over a lovely clean pool. Plenty of space to relax, sun beds etc. Tiffany was quite responsive and assisted with a slightly early check-in as my wife was unwell which was brilliant. Ivette was on hand for assistance, also.

No place to have breakfast around there. Lots of traffic to get there on one lane road late afternoon through evening. Pool is not fenced off, so had to watch toddler like a hawk.

Location 15 minutes from the airport, on the beach (although too rough for swimming), lots of funky beach restaurants and bars around. Nice pool and terrace area. Garage parking. Good value for money with two bedroom apartment.

We enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The hostess was very kind and helpful. Each room has a small kitchen that can be used to prepare meals if desired.

Tiffany was super nice coming to meet us and explaining everything. The place is comfortable and perfect to move around the area. Playa Pocita de Piñones is so beautiful!. A peaceful natural “pool” beach to enjoy for hours endlessly.
