There was no hot water. (We tried). Wish there was better lighting in the kitchen.

A few hundred yards from the beach---what's not to like? Only a few minutes drive to many stores and restaurants. Very easy drive to the national park and to San Juan airport. Our host's son met us to collect the money (in cash) and was very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

There was a very slippery mat in the bathtub that was kind of icky. The bed was...well, it seemed like it might break and fall apart at any moment.

The location was perfect. Just a block away from a beautiful beach. The interior was cute and suited our needs well. The owner was so kind and accommodating. There were a few cats that came every morning and evening hoping for treats or pets and they were very sweet.

The description was very deceiving. It stated, "Everything is completely new." There were some things here and there that were new, but just a bandaid on an old home. A little bit of new tile (2' x 2') over the older yellow rusted tub in the bathroom. The rest of the tile was old and outdated and did not match that tile. A wall in the bedroom was flaking chunks of paint off into my suitcase. It also states there is a sea view. We could only see the condos that were all around us on the street. It could just use a little bit of care from the owners. A fresh coat of paint on the ceiling to cover all those dark stains, trim around all the doors, something to cover the light bulb hanging in the bedroom ceiling. All appliances and faucets had rust. A couch that is comfortable and 2 working AC units (the living room one did not work so there was a floor fan) would be appreciated. Just needs a little TLC. It took a while to find the washer and dryer which are outside. But they were broken and rusty. When I called about them, I was told I could use the one outside the house next door and then bring over to our dryer, so we could have used them but chose to wait till we got home. No dryer rack as stated in description. As I stated, everything worked and it was ok, I was just expecting what was written in the description.

The location was perfect!! Near the beach and walking distance of restaurants and bars. It was nice to have a small 2 story house compared to the multi floor condos that surround it. There were cute beachy decorations throughout. The hosts were gracious, informative, and always willing to help if there were any problems.

Rules were to have quiet at a certain time that did not happen very loud, very noisy, moving furniture’s & They were drunk . Was not able to use my parking space at the rental house because the rentals upstairs took the whole spot. Had to park outside..

The apartment is not as advertised and isn’t suitable for three people. The sofa is not a sofa bed and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The sheets were stained, and the air conditioning in the living room didn’t work. When I asked the host about the remote control, I received no response. The host did not acknowledge our concerns and insisted it was fine to sleep on the sofa. She only suggested an alternative that would have cost us extra. The apartment might be okay for two people, but it needs improvements.

If you want to really know what it's like to live a block off the water in Puerto Rico !!! This place is perfect!! So there might be some street noise or whatever. But that's what makes this place perfect for me! So, there's nothing I didn't like.

By far best deal on here!! Great host! And LOCATION!! walk out ,turn your head, Awesome beach!!!

I won’t use booking.com again , they made the address hard to access , I had to zelle for payment and that felt weird and the advertised an upstairs and downstairs apartment on the same advertisement and it felt like false advertising

The lockbox was difficult to open and the lock on the gate was a nightmare we couldn't open it we had to get the person staying downstairs to work with it. The front door to the Apt was swollen and you had to lift it up if you wanted to get in. There were two locks on the door but only one was actually functional. The AC worked pretty well but there were a couple of remotes and we had to play with each one to find and see what's what. The bathroom was nasty, the place was highly disappointing. It needs TONS & TONS of repairs and LOTS OF TLC. At a pricetag of almost $200 a day I would NOT recommend it. You can get a much nicer place elsewhere. Do your due diligence... I failed to do mine this time around and it bit me on my behind. It was awful and disappointing and I'm being kind.

Even though it was advertised as having a washer and dryer, none of them worked. The owner said to use the dryer of the next door apartment complex (their washer also did not work) and so I was not able to wash my clothes. One of the provided towels upon entry was already dirty, and on the first night the hot water was already out when trying to shower. When initially checking in, the provided address was incorrect and I had to FaceTime call the owner because he refused to digitally send a location or pin on google maps. The walls are extremely thin and next to the property is a locked up garage full of random things, old furniture and what not, and one of the mornings I was there, there were some very loud men rummaging through the junk and banging on the walls. It not only woke me up but was so loud that I thought somebody was inside of the property with me
