What i liked the most was, everytime I had a question or something was wrong with the apartment. The staff rapidly respond to my discomfort. Also the bed was so comfortable.

I didn't like the windows screen liners most of them were damage and the way they were fixed was with tape, also one of the bedroom toilet wasn't functioning. Also little roaches and in the windows a lot of frogs. I believe keeping the green area from the neighbors clean can prevent a lot of insects.

The area was close to beaches & stores. The amenities were great!

The pool had no net available to clean the pool from bugs & the pool wasn’t treated daily.

Size of the bedrooms

One of the bathroom toilets was clogged since day one, problem was reported numerous times and they promised to come by and never showed up to resolve the issue. There were roaches and mice in the apartment.

Price rate was reasonable it have outdoor stuff that you can use like grill,pool table and the pool mas tiene donde puedes pasar el rato bajo sombra y amacas,es serca de la playa etc.

First of all the place is not hard to find but doesn't have any sign with the name,the parking lot half of it is occupied with construction stuff,the apartment we have apt #1 the kitchen full of roaches, las cortinas de las ventanas rotas, el escrin de plastico de la puerta flojo no serraba et,etc probably i would not stay again.

Great location, away from the hassle of San Juan. A local beach is a 10 minute walk down the road. Pool area is clean. Comfy bed, and spacious rooms.

The cooker (stove and oven) did not work in our room, which is not good for a self catering apartment. Despite promises of someone coming to look at it (there are no staff on site) it was not fixed for the entirety of our stay. On one night we were offering the use of a cooker inn another apartment through 3 sets of coded doors but that was just for 1 night out of 5. It put quite the inconvenience and cost onto what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Room was great and comfortable

It was hard to find and no answer when called the number so I wasted the first night but did get to stay the next day

The beaches around are wonderful

There were many roaches in the kitchen, no mosquitos nets. the towels were dirty. The wall with the next room is extremely thin, you can hear the person in the other room breathing.

Very tropical feel.. we stayed at the ground floor apartment and it was so spacious, clean and my family of six including a baby felt so at home..loved the outdoor area ..the staff so friendly...the location closed to town and to the beach...

We needed more extra towels...

The location. There are outdoor facilities in the property that could be very good for large group that are comming with children and focused on cooking/plaing/swining. However for us as couple that just came for a night this was useless.

The procedure to get the room is not acceptable. We found out after we completed the order that we didn't get the instructions of how to get to the room. Then we found out that there is a contract to sign before we can get the instructions (keeping in mind that it was an order that you can't cancel, we had to blindly sign the contact). All of the windows were covered with some plastic, thus you couldn't get some frash air and also can't look outside. The equipment inside that property was in a ver low quality (e.g. the water tap in the kitchen was shaking).

Amenities, nice pool clean rooms. Comfortable bed.

Would be good to have coffee to enjoy!

Dwelling was clean and spectacular. Amid an island blackout it had a power generator that entered into service flawlessly

The power generator stopped working after 12 hrs of operation. It was restarted about 3 hours thereafter but stopped working again some hours before sunrise.

We were on certain days - the only guests during our stay ?! Nice feature was the pool table.

We had a serious issue on a Sunday- there was no staff all day. This happend on more days during our stay) Unknown people entered the property and started filling up a huge generator with gasoline in a seriously dangerous way. Communication with the rental service was super poor and even Booking couldn’t help out. Further: there is no cleaning or towel service in the appartement. Towels were stained and had holes in them. There was no gas for the BBQ , there are no laundry facility’s . We encountered 3 small snakes in bedrooms and kitchen. On the last day some cockroaches as well. The parking is merely a construction site for future container- studio rentals .
