The room was small, no room to move around or sit. The tv was mounted low to the ground. There was no maid service to freshen linens or replenish toiletries. We also found trash and crumbs under our bed. The bare concrete floor was dirty and no rug to wipe our feet. This made it feel gross when getting into bed.

Good location near beach, restaurants, cafes, gas stations. Good to have a pool when we need break from the beach. The property was quiet, no loud parties or guests.

The check-in process was stressful because they wouldn’t answer calls or answer emails fast (it took me hours to sort the check-in out). There was no hot water and the TV satellite didn’t work. The people on second floor were noisy most of the night, particularly first night. There is no parking on premises nor nearby.

Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, place was modern, the premises were clean, outdoor area was very nice. It is walking distance from beach in Condado and Ocean Park and restaurants.

As advertised, there is no front desk or staff on hand. If that is important to your hotel experience, you won't like this place. I wasn't sure how to get new towels, and I had to make sure to request a clothes iron beforehand. Also, if you rent a car, you will find street parking to be difficult.

Great location: two blocks from a very nice beach, blocks from bars and restaurants, and half a block from a coffee shop. Great bed. Good shower. At all times there were cold water bottles in the communal fridge for us to take.

The photo of the pool shown on their booking site was false advertising. That pool with the lounge chairs belongs to the property across the street and guests at Stay at Mare were not allowed to use it. Few amenities at the property - you asked about coffee at the hotel and there simply wasn't an option unless you walked a couple blocks to a nearby cafe.

Location was clean and safe, large bathroom but minimal fixtures.

The small hallway that leads to room is shared by 3 other rooms . You can hear Everything. The maid was talking outside our room on her phone for 30 min at 7 am . That was annoying . Door slams from neighbours wake you up at anytime . Our main issue was really the noise.

This is a small hotel that does the work without breaking the bank. The beach is 5 minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants , cafes and one big supermarket close by. We had room # 33 which has a large shared balcony up in the front. Overall nice stay

The rooms are too congested/small. We had an issue with having to get our room cleaned after checking in because it wasn’t cleaned prior. We requested new bedding because we spilled water in ours and while we were given the bedding, the maid refused to help us put it on or assist in any way. The bathroom is really tiny and not designed in the most practical manner.

The location is ideal. It is close to Old San Juan and the beach. The area is safe and has cafes/restaurants near by.

I didn’t realize it wasn’t a proper hotel with a front desk and wish I had realized that. The door to my room was tricky and the only way for folks not to see in was to pull down the blind, but that made it hard to go in and out. Nothing dried, there was no where to hang towels

I booked a room with a balcony and couldn't use it because the door was so difficult to open and close. Also, the pool featured a Sonos system, but unfortunately it wasn't working.

I loved the hotel's location and the private pool. The beautiful beach is walking distance and there were many eateries and some bars in the area.

The sheets and towels were not all clean, and the shower was very poor considering the cost of the apartment. We also had very loud, rude and disrespectful neighbors who checked in to room 32 on Saturday, and they made it impossible to sleep for almost the entire night. It would be really helpful to have staff on site to help resolve these issues.

The location was great, the pool was nice as well.

The bedrooms are very small and they do not have enough shelves in the bathroom to keep your things in. Further to this the WiFi ex EXTREMELY POOR. I’ve complained on a number of occasions about not being able to access the WiFi from my room and I have continuously been ignored, with little to no help provided. I spent around $90 on additional internet and when you are paying this on top of the room fee, it doesn’t add up. Very disappointed

Host was not responsive. When I booked room I requested an early check in didn’t hear back when I checking in room the air wasn’t working took a while for host to respond changed me rooms and the WiFi did not work host never responded with WiFi info so I was not able to access WiFi so I wasn’t able to watch tv. Also reached out about a later check out and never heard back from host.

No power. No AC

We didn’t have power for 2 days. Then when we did have power the AC didn’t work. Very hot and there was on staff on site to help. Cleaning lady was nice. But there wasn’t much she could do.
