Poor front desk services, not prepared for holiday, pool is not clean daily, room key disconected daily, parking gate dos not function well. Food awful in pool cafeteria, warm beers and oven for pizza broke

The rooms are bit outdated and could use a little updating. For example our room had a shower that could not be turned off fully.

The room and restrictions, with bringing things to the park after paying so much for staying their. we had coffee marker with no coffee that had to be bought. We bought coffee at the resort and couldn’t evening bring it with us to the pool area, even purchased at the resort. Which made no sense. Also the elevator didn’t work and my husband has a knee and hip replacement surgery and had to go down slippery stair

I didn't like that I had to pay half price for food I didn't like, un fair. Also you pay extra for everything including parking, tube to float in pool and even the coffee for coffee maker provided in room. Gym closed, elevator broken, hot tub closed.

Access to room was very difficult, electronic lock was not working properly... had to be changed. Had to go to front desk to request assistance various times. Pillows on the bed were of poor quality, flat not supportive for the neck.

pool area is great for kids and adults although some of the facilities were not working during my complete stay. The elevator to access pool complex was not working, had to use stairs up and down around two floors. Jacuzzi area was not functional. The staff in all areas was very friendly and serviceable. This is the first time I have had issues with this facility, we have been here at least 5 times during the summer vacation.

Was really hoping for a microwave in the room to reheat food. Besides the pool there is not much to do at the hotel.

The view was really nice, the lifeguards were very helpful and friendly, the front desk was welcoming and friendly and the bar was awesome with food ordering.

The buffet didn't have as many choices, for that price I have enjoyed better buffets at locations like Las Vegas and it seemed the food was old (the chicken was dry). I also felt uncomfortable that the cashier made it a point to ask for a tip (which I had already provided in cash, it felt unprofessional). My husband had also purchased a drink at the hotel bar before heading to the pool and when he was about to enter the pool section a man stopped him and asked for the receipt in order to enter with it, which my husband didn't have anymore, and he had to leave his drink behind ( and the bar staff had told him he could enter with it without issue). The mini fridge in the room was also not working properly (it wasn't cold enough) and the shower was not draining properly and the t.v. had poor reception.As an observation, it would be more efficient to have more than one line in the pool section when purchasing drinks and handling the locker distribution (it doesn't make sense to have it all in one place as it causes long lines). The pool also opened at 11am, but, then a section was closed at 1230pm to give it maintenance,which was so strange when they could have taken care of that before opening it. I think that being labeled a "resort" and for the price we payed for a single night, the hotel is lacking a lot on quality and overall service. I have been fortunate to travel to a lot of locations and I was disappointed with my overall experience.

I liked the fact they allowed us to use the pool after we checked out. The beds were comfortable and clean. The front staff was very polite and professional.

The pools close really early like 6pm and the rooms where not cold enough beds are small no shampoo or conditioner nor coffee or microwave.

Room and baths kind of old looking . $25 each for a buffet breakfast , good for people who eat a lot. We left the plate full. Tv didn't conect to dish .

Prom night was great. Parking lot available but it was raining and got wet. The staff was so nice but at midnight we had an issue and the security staff gave me a bit of trouble instead of help

We arrive at the property around 10am and the hotel does not allows to use the facilities until check in at 3pm. After claiming this was the only hotel I have visited where you can’t use the facilities the allowed me to check in at 1pm which we did at 2:30pm since we had to leave the premises to eat something.

The old tower need some care. The rooms are outdated and not that clean. The pool area, we bought water in the store in the hotel and some snacks and they didnt allow us to bring it to the pool area. The buffet is very expensive , dont worth the money paid, is a buffet but you cannot serve yourself. They dont allow you to serve yourself the breakfast. Also, is better to order from the menu than select buffet, is cheaper and better options. Be advise that they will tell you that is you select the menu it will take longer.... they make all the effort so you select buffet instead of menu.

The beds were super uncomfortable. It’s advertised that they have 40 direct tv channels but barely a handful worked. I had bottled water for my kids in their thermoses and they made me throw it out there was a couple in front of me who were also going thru the check point for the pool and they had a baby and they had a special bottled water that was for the baby and also made them throw it out. They also told them that they couldn’t have formula or baby food and that everything needed to be purchased from the property. Those employees had a pretty nasty attitude.

Honestly, the only positive part about this property are the pools but over the years they seam to continue deteriorating. There used to be 2 water slides and for quite some time there’s only one working. Same with the hot tub, the closed it down. The water in the pool was also really cloudy, poor maintenance.
