Room cleaning service rarely replaced our water bottles and did not replace our coffee cups or any glasses after usage. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Required AC below 68 to avoid condensation which otherwise made the floors pool - VERY dangerous. Sink was leaking brown substance all on shelving

We found it extremely difficult to control the AC, so our room was freezing. We also had issues with the TV.

There is not much to fault this hotel, one thing my fiance and I were surprised by was that our room did not have a window. It made it extra dark if the lights weren't on, which made sleeping extra nice but made it hard to know what time it was if we didn't check. Very minor and did not negatively impact our trip or deter us from staying here in the future. Another thing, this hotel is located down a narrow side street, so we had to walk 2 minutes up the street to be picked up at the Vanderbilt for our excursions. Again, this was not a problem for us at all. I would absolutely stay at the O:LV 55 the next time we are in Puerto Rico!!

This hotel was beautiful!!! The staff was helpful, kind and gracious. The area was clean and I felt very safe throughout the entire trip. The hotel is situated in a great spot to be close to tons of restaurants and super close to Old San Juan, so I would highly recommend this location! I was blown away by how nice the room was. Very spacious with luxe details and comforts added. The bathroom was also stunning, marble everywhere, his and hers sinks (which is always a plus) and the shower was lovely with not only an overhead rain shower, but also side jets. I loved the design and would love to implement it into my own bathroom! The rooftop was also wonderful, we enjoyed the infinity pool and the cabanas by the hot tub. 10/10 recommend staying at O:LV 55 while in Puerto Rico!!

I didn’t realize the property charged a resort fee. While a very nice place I don’t think this fee was justified when the amenities were basically only a small pool, jacuzzi and a dozen lounge chairs and rooftop tables without umbrellas.

Property was cozy, clean, comfortable and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

I did not get my room until 5:00pm, check in time is 4:00pm. I was worried because I had en event to attend at 7:00pm and was afraid I would have to rush to get there on time. They did make good and gave an extra hour to check out.

Very nice room with ample balcony and beautiful view of Condado lagoon. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a hard time getting up, just didn't want to leave it.

Water pressure sucked they offers a huge bathtub but it would take hrs to fill… there wasn’t an ironing board in the room and for the price you would think this was a 10 star hotel.

The decor is just what you see online gorgeous! The hotel staff is so accommodating, warm and helpful. My room was fabulous! I really appreciate Natalia and all the staff. The door man was always there to help you in and out of your car and into the hotel. I had an awesome stay. I'll be back.

The room would start to condensate and make the floors wet in the morning, I brought it up to the front desk, they asked if changed the AC. they did clean it up for us though.

It was very well decorated and the rooms were really nicely laid out.

There was a moldy odor i didnt like and and had to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners for the bathroom and room. Sometimes the air wouldn't work properly and the floor would sweat all over. Dangerous slip hazard. Also i wanted a message told the front desk about it several times but still didn't get to get one.

It looked as advertised and it was good walking distance to a lot of things.

I did not like the mobile key for the elevator and doors. I think my case was the problem in connecting to the access pad. The mini fridge in the room made a faint breathing sound in the closet, no instructions on how to work the A/C using the remote, and I wish there was an actual window to look out in the Design Suite (I knew before booking) but the thin transom window in the bathroom allowed me to see if the sun was shining or not.

The location was perfect and walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, street food, fine dining, and shopping. the staff were amazing and very friendly, especially Lara, Joselouis, and a female overnight member. The decor and aesthetic was beyond expectations and definitely a photo in every space. The six showerheads, handheld, and waterfall shower that could fit 10 people was so relaxing. The rooftop is a must visit and the pool was warm which was nice and has a slope perimeter to enjoy the lagoon and views (sunset was amazing). Lastly, the digital concierge before even arriving until the time for check out was super nice and comforting for the price of my stay.

The cleaner's bathhouse of issues, one of the cleaning managers was drunk on the job. We were actually was banging on our door and when I came out and said what's going on? It's like, oh, I'm sorry I didn't know anybody was on the outside period you aint gonna do the job you're supposed to get manager. You're playing on my door like it. Super early just paid $1700 for 3 days and you're banging on my door so I really didn't like that. Also block up your stuff. We had our suitcase unlocked but zipped up and the cleaning staff went inside of our suitcase and text stuff out of our suitcase. We noticed that we had things that was definitely sipped up in the suitcase on the council will be came back from a gas version, so make sure that none of your stuff gets you stolen or go missing because it took us 2 hours to find my wife's purse. And we was kater for dinner

The whole hotel was luxury, but the room was especially divine.

Some aspects felt a bit dated. Soundproofing could definitely be improved—I could clearly hear guests in the hallway, which disrupted the sense of privacy.

The hotel design is beautiful and the room was spacious. The food and service at the rooftop pool were excellent, and that really made up for some of the downsides. Overall, a stylish stay with a few areas that could use some attention.

The room was beautiful and clean that’s it

The only person that was sweet and telling the truth for the young lady who decorated our room. She was very sweet and very nice. She also told the truth that you all did have extra blankets while the other lady grinned and smiled in my face and lied she said you all did NOT HAVE Blankets for our room after we were just told by the sweet young lady you all did. Our room was extremely too cold and at that point I was out done with this hotel. She stood there AND LIED TO MY FACE After smiling and grinning in my WITH ME!!!

Needing wasn’t the cleanest. They didn’t change the sheets just made the bed. When you shower the condensation makes the room floor slippery even when you open the patio door for ventilation . The fridge didn’t work and there is no microwaves available. The lights for the patio are connected to the room lights..so you have to have the room bright a** hell to have the patio lights on. Some of the lights in the room did t work at all. Overall place was a disappointment.

There were no windows in my suite for the price paid all rooms should have a window. It isn’t emphasized when booking that certain rooms do not have windows. So it was a surprise to us upon check in.
