A few suggestions would be to include top sheets on the beds and to provide more than one key so that two or more people can come and go doing different activities.

I loved the big, beautiful pool which I swam in every day even when it was raining! I loved being right across the road from the ocean. We could see it from our bedroom windows. Joe is a very friendly, helpful host. His place is very comfortable and clean. I loved hearing his stories of many happy days at his place when he was growing up. I would definitely like to return some day.

The accommodation was in need of an upgrade, particularly the bathroom. Toiletries could have been more generous & towels for swimming supplied. The main entrance was not the best first impression, with mops, buckets etc lining the narrow passage.

Set in a lovely beach side area. Lovely swimming pool in the complex. An easy walk across the road to the beach.

Some of the furniture is a bit old, but otherwise the value for money is excellent.

The villa is very nice and fully equipped with so many things - beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys, games etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped incl. many spices, condiments etc. The pool in the gated area is close by and very nice. Beach and beach bars is really within a walking distance (5-10min) and is very pleasant and suited for kids.

Tvs at bedrooms did not work. Empty boxes under stairs. Lot of water from AC units at the balcons. Some improvements needed.

It was far from all the nicer beaches and activities that we wanted to do in Puerto Rico. The beds in two of the bedrooms were small twin beds, not really suitable for adult comfortability. We were expecting the use of a washer and dryer, however, when we got to the property, the washer and dryer had locks on them. This was an extreme inconvenience as we had a baby with us and also could not wash any towels or beach clothes after use. Also, there was a lot of clutter in the cabinets and closets. The pots and pans were old and appliances need relacement. The price paid for this property was not worth it.

It was in a gated community and near a lot of places to eat as well as a pharmacy. The hosts were extremely responsive to all communications..

Nothing! This is a nice beach house!

Location is everything and this gated beach apartment is the perfect place to stay in PR. It is spacious, clean, and fairly priced. Dorado is a great town about 40 mins from San Juan. There is a lot to do in the area and the host had tons of recommendations for places to go which was so appreciated. There is also a grocery store down the street for whatever you need. The apartment is 3 stories. The first floor is the main living area, the second has two bedrooms, and the third is the master. Each floor has a bathroom which was great. Plenty of space for a family of 5 (or more!). And the stairs are good for you, our kids were fine and our youngest is 3. The beach is across the street and visible from the two beach-side balconies, which was incredible. Literally a one minute walk and a nice surprise was all of the things the host had for the beach. Chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, etc. The only thing you'll need to pack or buy is beach towels as previous renters never returned them but that was a quick Walmart stop. The pool was also incredible. It is a really cool shape, nice and warm, and has a 2 ft section, two 3 ft sections, and a 6 ft deep section. The kids really enjoyed this. Overall a really cool, well-priced stay. There is plenty of opportunity to relax or drive into San Juan or visit El Yunque. We had such a wonderful time and hope to stay again!

The smell of the house we’re staying it’s not attractive at all. They have basically everything locked, including the washing Machine. They need to clean a lot and also fix a lot of things.

The Pool was amazing, such a nice place.

While other people get may need a ride to the beach, you do not. You can't put a price on that if it's what your after. The pricing was excellent 👌

Very worn out place, maintenance heavily needed, also was quite dirty (floors), water was leaking from the kitchen's ceiling, bathrooms super hot, no ventilation, washer/dryer out of order still...when you stop cheating with that, more than year not working, but still listed as available? Beach was close, but not the good one.

Snorkeling gear, pool, stuff, air conditioning in the rooms, check-in and -out process, secured area. Thank you, Joe for the warm welcome.

The check out process's was a little complex and involved running back and forth to secure the keys in a lock box and a remote for the gate access in the house and then having another person come hold a gate for you so you don't get locked inside the gated community. The property also advertised having a washer and dryer onsite, and is shown in the pictures for the Vila, but it was not available for guest use. The property manager informed us later that the washer and dryer was broken and they planned on removing it from the Vila and removing the service from there Vila but had not gotten to that step yet.

The location was nice, there is a beach within walking distance of the property. The property manager sent us local tips about restaurant's and tours in the area. They also were quick to respond via text/whatsapp or call if we had any questions.

accommodations were poor, a couple of leaks, living room furniture uncomfortable, old worn out needs replacing, everything is supplied but old, worn out, no washing machine.

In 2nd day they told us the washing machine and dryer are broken and can't be used!!! The bathrooms, kitchen, were inconvenient. We paid for whole house but they only gave us only 1 room upstairs with 30 stairs.
