Access to the beach and pool is a bit awkward having to access from the side and use a key twice. The outside gates close at 7 pm (pool too) and if you stay on the beach beyond 7 pm, you’ll have to walk around the property 15 minutes. It’s not a deal breaker by any means, but I did pick this unit over others because the living room looked colorful and cheerful as opposed to other units that were gray or beige. Upon arrival I noticed the room was painted a tasteful neutral rather than the colors pictured.

Nice proximity to the beach and good location for rainforest adventures. The inside of the unit had everything I needed or wanted for my stay. The towels were nice and soft. There were plentiful extras for convenience that you might need, like bug spray or sunblock that I appreciated. Beautiful view of the ocean from the windows and balcony. When the widows are open you can hear the waves from the unit. My flight arrival was at a terrible early morning hour and the property security is 24 hr and I had no problems with access.

I really liked the location. Good spot for trips around. The nearby beach is nice. The size of the apartment is also decent. There was some construction works limiting the comfort a little in some cases, but overall good.

I booked this very last minute and I was not disappointed! The view of the pool and beach from the balcony was amazing~ with an added bonus of the mountain view from the front door! The apt was nicely equipped and we loved being able to save money by making some meals at home. Amigo grocery store was just across the main road, so it was perfect! The location of the apartment was great, easy access to the road to Fajardo and El Yunque. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon! The host was also very quick with communication.

The Wifi connection was plugged in through a socket in the bathroom which was attached vai a double-sided tape. The tape was not firm enough to hold the socket and the almost 3/4 of my stay I used my mobile network instead of Wifi.

The check-in process was pleasant and straightforward. The host provided detailed instructions which were very helpful. The apartment was clean, and fresh towels, beach chairs were provided. Note: Getting into the Playa Azul beach takes 3-5 minutes. Late-night access to the beach via the apartment complex is not possible, If you wanna stay at the beach late at night, you might have to take your car or go around the block, which is like 10-15 min walk.

You need a key for everything and there is only one so with a family of four it's hard to go out of the facility separately as everything needs a key to go in and out. The pool gets no sun at all so it's freezing cold. The elevators never worked so thankfully we were on floor 4, floor 21 would have been a real issue. Would have been nice to have details on the rules, how to turn on internet, where to park etc when you arrive.

The area is great and the beach is very nice. The apartment itself is great with lots of amenities. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Great views, nice balcony and amazing ocean sounds. The host were very receptive and accommodating letting us check in early which was greatly appreciated. Easy to access and check in.

apartment has to be painted , no coffeemaker or kettle. mattress was slipping from the bed , a/c in the bedroom was blowing cold air right in the face (could not adjust). need additional keys for beach access.

GREAT LOCATION, VIEWS, EASY COMMUNICATION

This is ONE small bedroom with a double bed, and ONE bunk bed inside. This one bedroom has a window A/C. Is the ONLY room with A/C. There is not A/C in the livingroom. The place needs some maintenance, specifically the kitchen. They also need cookware - can’t do much with One pan. Or clean much with ONE towel and only ONE garbage bag 😫 It’s a really pain in the A .. that you only get ONE key to go out to the beach front. The door locks behind you and if your party has the key - you will have to walk like 15 min. Around the building to be able to get back inside the property-front door.

They host was available and willing to assist promptly. We arrive 2 days after the storm - we didn’t have electricity but she provided flashlights and a charger for our phones. We weren’t charged for the nights without electricity. Really nice people willing to help as best as they could. The apmnt has a washer & dryer. Nice shower.

We reserved this apartment to celebrate my husband birthday, we left the next day ti another hotel. Place was not clean, no air conditioner, it was extremely hot. The apartment needs urgent attention and updating. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The building requires attention as well.
