Very good location in the center of the city. The check-in process was slow. The breakfast ordering is very slow and limited on what to order when you prepaid it. Newly restored rooms. Parking is $11 per night. No bad since free parking around the town square is limited.

Puerto RicoThe amount of stray dogs around the hotel. especially at night when they are fighting and barking they don’t let you rest. The municipality should seriously do something about this. Also parking spaces for guest should be assigned. Especially when it’s weekend and casino players fill up the parking. Guest shouldn’t have to park outside.

Puerto RicoThe air conditioner it is too cold and you have to ask the front desk to put it at a higher temperature but I had to sleep with jeans and jacket and all the blankets they put un the bed. I feel like winter, although I was in the summer in the tropics.
The bed and pillow are really comfortable. The breakfast it is included in the room price.

The location was perfect — close to everything and surrounded by great restaurants and things to do. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

United StatesThe parking is awful. You have to go to the front desk every time if you want to leave the parking. You must validate your parking ticket, then walk all the way to the cashier to validate your parking. It's a waste of time and resources. Second note, the breakfast restaurant was furnished with Bar High chairs it's not kids or senior friendly to use these tall chairs and tables during breakfast.
It's a beautiful hotel with clean rooms. It's in a great location. Great breakfast.

A clean and lovely hotel. We parked conveniently, and found ourselves a great place to enjoy dinner. There's a little balcony that we have a great view to the mountains. There's a guest laundry and we are able to clean our clothes after a hiking tour. The staffs are friendly and patient.

SlovakiaAC can be controlled only by a reception. Maybe it's just me, but when I want to adjust AC in the middle of the night, the last thing I want, is to make a call somewhere. Windows don't have adequate sound proofing, and let a lot of noise inside.
Hotel has perfect location in the Ponce city centre, and has a big multi-story parking lot next to it (lower price for hotel guests). Room was big, clean, and towels were very soft.

United States1. AC temperature was controlled at the front desk. 2. Hot water was more to the cold side all 3 days. 3. The bathroom sink had an unpleasant sewer smell. 4. The hotel included breakfast was great but lines too long due to order, pay, and sit. This all two days made the restaurant get orders wrong.
