Never could use wifi even though I follow the instructions given to me in the reception. Also Friday night (I stayed all weekend), the music at the bar was to loud. The karaoke concert ended at 11pm.

Too noisy, could not sleep at night because the music at the bar was very loud and you could hear it as if it was inside your room. After the bar closed, guests stayed until late talking and laughing out loud at the lobby and they could also be heard as if they were inside your room.

Excellent food and service at the restaurants; beautiful and well kept surroundings. Staff was extremely nice and courteous.

Cleaningness in our cabin could have been better: ceiling lamp had webs, old carpets, stained tub, and floor corners could get a deeper cleaning. The coffee pot was dirty. Stained sheets. Perhaps new beds. A bit more “cariño” would have enhanced my experience. Why not another serving of coffee for the second day of stay? I just want La Hacienda to do better and show how proud we are of our island and offerings.

Breakfast was superb!! Very good, excellent service. Great location with mountains. Easy to get there with GPS. Beautiful landscape. Quiet and peaceful.

The environment is excellent, clean air. I'm a patient of respiratory problems, and the air up in those mountains was perfect. Not to mention the coffee hacienda around the vicinity and nearest town. Recommend. The cafe Restaurant own by Diana and Co. Marvelous.

They used to offer tours of the farm and rides to the waterfalls. Regretfully, they no longer have a working farm nor the rides to the waterfall.

We loved it! The villa represents the wooden homes that we still can find in mountainous areas of the island. The Jibarito's villas include all the comforts of modern living. Their restaurant offers great delicious food. Their coffee is outstanding! Definitely going back soon.

Went for school reunion. Love the facilities and service. The food is great, but prepare to wait, but worth it. Great service, love the coconut mimosas!!

Not much to do on the Hacienda, we waited a long time for breakfast to be served. The prices are a little high, but the food is good so it's good to keep that in mind.

The villas were shared. We had another family next to us and we heard everything. Kids crying, kids running around, conversations, when they used the bathroom… I woke up with bites around my legs, the dishes in our kitchen were used and not cleaned.

The experience of a rural and Jibarito lifestyle. The cafeteria food was awesome and the service of the waiters. The Pool was amazing. The parrots made our day.

Rooms are outdated. They are in need of some work. Pool could use a heater. You can hear absolutely everything from your room.

The hacienda itself had poor lighting. No natural light and very poor lighting inside the cabin. Kind of depressing in the mornings. The bar area was not opened and the hot tub was not “hot”. No housekeeping was provided during stay. Fresh towels had to be requested at the office area and a trade off was done. No pool towels are provided.

The place was very unique. Decor was original and antique in style. Sheets and towels were clean and cafe area had delicious treats. The staff in breakfast area were very nice and attentive. The pool area was nicely maintained.

You could hear every noise coming from the halls, very loud and echoy people were partying tilln5am and we could not sleep. Bed and pillows were extremely hard and unconfortable.

bugs , some dirty areas in hotel room , spider webs

this property is so beautiful , not the hotels fail but lots of bugs made is uncomfy to sleep, woke up with mosquito bites all over. everything else to the pool was amazing. the cafe and drinks are made with love.

No pool towels. Bed was uncomfortable with a plastic mattress cover and sheets that did not fit well or stay in place.

I like the area. It was clean and well kept. Restaurants served great coffee and food. Rustic rooms.
