While I understand the peak season, price could have been improved. The bar was not servicing, which would have been great if it was.

Attentive staff, view, proximity to sea and Rincon center, sleeping with and waking up to the waves' sound, small size of the hotel.

The whole time there our tv didn't work. Husband was upset he missed football. We reported it but it never did work. Parking is extremely limited....street beside the villa and there are no parking signs everywhere.

The villa is magnificent. It's a private location, spectacular view. Pool is small and adequate overlooking the beach. Beach is beautiful although the water was too rough to swim when we were there...still gorgeous! Sunsets are breathtaking. Breakfast served to your room daily. Staff is excellent. Location is in Rincon...a surfing town. We loved watching the surfers at Domes Beach. Plenty of good restaurants around and shopping. They provided recommendations for restaurants, shopping, water sports and even offered to book massages on the veranda (reasonably priced).

Everything about this hotel was perfect. It's a small property, right on the beach, which created the opportunity for peaceful sunrises and sunsets right on the beach. The hotel was in walking distance to good restaurants and activities.

There was really nothing to not like about the property. It would’ve been nice if the bar was functional and operating, but there is another hotel bar open 2 doors down.

Location is beautiful, right on the ocean. Felt like we had entire place to ourselves despite all rooms being booked. Breakfast was good and stocked minibar nice (and not outrageously priced) for a short visit. Plenty of restaurants in Rincon and great sunsets!

Add an area to clean you feet before entering property so you don’t have to much sand across the entering area and the rugs.

Breakfast was good, but need an additional option like more fruits to be exchange by pancakes or eggs.

Breakfast was good but 1st day it was served at 8:45, 2nd day at 8:30 & last day at 8:01, no consistency at all. It was hard to plan anything because of the breakfast delivery. I booked a room with a terrace & was given a room right outside the pool with a patio. Where we had to make sure ALL the curtains pretty much all the time closed. I tried to get ahold of “hosts” no one ever got back with me to fix this problem. After two days it would have been more trouble to move to a different room even if they had one. They had someone blowing leaves from around the pool right after breakfast was served. We wanted to eat out on the patio but we didn’t…who wants to be feet literally from the leave blower when eating breakfast. Oh almost forgot about the cats. Yes cats with a S. We had to get one of the cats out of our room twice. Yup you read that right 2 times we had to get a cat out of room. Then BIGGEST problem/false advertising was it WAS NOT ADULTS ONLY. I went back to look at the information given on Booking.com to see if I was incorrect. NOPE I was NOT. Two places the description referenced the property as ADULTS ONLY. I did find one place which I did NOT see while making my reservation that children were allowed. I chose Tres Sirenas Beach Inn because it was Adults Only. With the incorrect room, it not being adults only, hard getting to the beach at this beachfront property & the host/employees not getting back with us with the problems we had & the cats, it was a disappointing stay.

The beach chairs they provided were very nice. The way to get to the beach was down some rocks, which could be hard for some people. They need to invest in repairing the steeps that were originally to get to the beach. The breakfast was really good, just would have been nice if they served it at the same time or close to the same time every morning.

The room could have been cleaner. Sheets were stiff and rough, bed was curving in the middle, the patio door was broken. Was expecting more for the price to be honest.

Definitely like the location of the place. You can walk to the restaurants in less than 30minutes which was a nice plus. There was beach chairs in the room which is super nice. Would add a sunshade to the kit!
