The Staff is ALWAYS amazing! I keep coming back just to see Magda Williams and her team!! They have been there for years and are amazingly warm and courteous!! At the Omelets Station the staff is SO inviting and she has been there forever (30+years)... Love them All!

I wanted to play pickleball with my grandkids but the cost was prohibitive.

Food at root restaurant was the best I have ever had. Beds were comfy. Loved the balcony. Great being on the beach.

Great amenities, everything very clean and all activities were fun. All the staff was super helpful and welcoming great experience. The s’mores ladies were awesome! Waitresses and beach chair guys were great and very helpful and always helping us around. Would def come back to this hotel

It's a little pricey with nothing offered inclusive, especially food and drinks.

I came with my husband to celebrate my 35th birthday and I don’t want to leave! It has multiple pools to enjoy, 9 restaurants and a beautiful clean beach! Our favorite spot was AURA the pool for adults only, you can chill there all day and the staff is wonderful, special kudos to Carol who treated us so nicely and always had nice conversations with us. Rest assured we will be back 🙌😊

The pricing at some of the restaurants for dinner was excessive.

We stayed in a newly renovated room in the east wing. Absolutely beautiful and very clean. The resort overall is exceptional.

We stayed in a renovated rainforest room with 2 queens. While the room was very nice it was also small for 4 people. There were no hooks in the bathroom- nowhere to hang wet bathing suits and towels. There was only 1 chair in the room so nowhere to sit except on the beds.

I loved staying here with my daughter. We stayed there because it’s near the el yunque rainforest. The location is excellent ! It’s right on the beach and has a few great pools if you don’t want the sand , great for walking up and down the beach. They welcome you very kindly , they had live Caribbean music. We saw the musician. We had good meals and relaxed and had a beautiful room overlooking the ocean. Definitely would go back. They seem to have activities for children, they had ping-pong tables, and billiards. The casino was closed for renovation, which would’ve been nice The only downfall is it’s very costly

I wasn’t told until I booked and was about to leave the week of the trip that the casino was under construction until June. This was one of the reasons I booked this resort. In addition, it was constant construction noise and sounds being heard in the room as well as in the pool when you’re trying to relax. The music was not loud enough to overpower it. Lastly, everything was extremely overpriced and expensive for even basic things. And for a resort this large with this many amenities, including a spa, it should offer a hospitality room if needed for changing or freshening up.

The pools, amenities, casino, which we thought would be open and golf courses as well as restaurants.

We reserved a pool view and it was not available... though I reconfirmed 2 days earlier... no one mentioned it until we arrived. Communication should have been a bit better... but otherwise all was good and room was good overall.

The breakfast was (as always) incredible!! My dad was delighted with the food, the fruits and the variety of fresh juices! The staff was spectacular! thank you Joanne for a fantastic service with warmth and smiles galore! a special thank you to Magda Williams who keeps us coming year after year and for making our stays always amazing! -We will be back next year and maybe this year for another quick getaway!

Away from the crowds. Pristine beach; big waves; plenty of beach lounge chairs and umbrellas; beautiful golf courses; delicious breakfast buffet; friendly staff; variety of restaurants on the property. Easy access to the rainforest.

They were going through renovations, so we were awakened to construction noises. We reserved a king size room but received double twin without notification of the change. Shower was awesome but did leak all over the floor. Hand towel had make up on it when we checked it. Wi-Fi was spotty. Pools were cold. Jacuzzi was not very warm.

Excellent beach location. Very friendly staff. Newly renovated. Good breakfast for the price.

The property itself is beautiful w well maintained grounds- hotel smells lovely and is very clean staff is professional and very nice - breakfast buffet amazing and all foods were excellent
