We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicSometimes we could hear the voices in the street very clearly, but it wasn't big problem.
Rabo de Peixe has a great location in the middle of the island. It is a small town with an authentic atmosphere that we really liked. We particularly enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea. Our hostess Marlene was very welcoming and helped us to solve the problem with the broken zip on our rucksack.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment with a stunning sea view. I highly recommend everyone to learn about the history of Rabo de Peixe, and then you will understand and fall in love with the place. Look for the incident from 2001 and then check out Netflix – we will definitely return sometime – it was a great place.

We liked absolutely everything! Great apartment comfortable for 4 ppl, perfect location close to everything (shops, bar, ocean, market, city centre), meditative balcony view, and incredibly friendly, welcoming and thoughtful owners Marlene and João. Totally recommend!

Beautiful and modern, great view, very clean and friendly hosts who left us some food and drinks on the arrival. Plenty of towels, washing machine, cooking utensils... Close to everything.
