We also appreciate your comments about the room size and the noise from neighboring rooms. To clarify, the room dimensions are clearly mentioned on all booking platforms and on our website so that guests can make an informed correctly. Regarding the noise, we understand how it can be bothersome, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. As the building is an older structure, there are some limitations to soundproofing that we currently cannot fully address. As a team we try to give our best and make our guests comfortable (as if they are in their own home). As we are in a historic building, it has a defined room structure, which makes it technically impossible to install a bidet in rooms of the small typology. Indeed our location is great, as we are in a quiet street but still really close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Every morning our team takes the time to prepare a variety of options for our guests with fresh products for breakfast. We'd like to thank you as well for your words about our staff! Unfortunately as we are in an old building, we are not allowed to have lifts due the building structure, meaning that every floor and room is only accessible by stairs, however, our team is always available to help our guests with luggage, if necessary.
