It is right on the Main Street which is always noisy so if you want a quiet place to stay, this isn’t the place for you but for me, it was ok.

It was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed in a room. Very close walk to the Praia dos Pescadores beach.

Rooms are very small. We had a terrace room but the sun was gone by 2pm. Staff at first are a little stand offish but friendly as you get to know them.

Location 10/10. You are literally located on the old town strip. You can’t be any more central! Surrounded by shops bars and restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach if that.

The curtains let the flashing lights from the bars around them, so we had a disco on the walls when trying to sleep. Also, the noise didn't abate till about 3/4 am.

We didn’t realise that the hotel was on a massive party street. So if you are coming on a big party holiday with mates, it’ll be great. But the blaring music and public goes on till about 4-5am. You’ll need earplugs, which they do provide, not are not noise cancelling.

The hotel is in an amazing location, for the beach. The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing. They cleaned our room to such a high standard, every single day. The facilities are good, with AC, a TV and generally just nice and modern with clean, new beds, etc

Because the hotel is on a strip of bars, it’s very loud at night till just after 4am, to be expected when your almost on top of late night venues

Check in process took far too long, this is after we had already sent our passports in advance ‘to speed up check in’ group of 11 of us took over an hour to check us all in! €200 per room deposit is excessive and you can’t pay it via card!

Nothing, very good value for money.

The room was clean and had everything you could need. They even supplied beach towels which was a pleasant surprise! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was right in the centre of everything, 1 minute walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied during our stay. There is a bar downstairs that is open till the early hours of the morning which some might not like. I have to say that the windows are very well insulated and protect the noise fairly well so with earplugs I slept fine and I am a light sleeper! We were on the third floor which also helped.

I did not enjoy Albufeira. I walked the beautiful Fisherman's Trail. Sadly, this is not representative of the amazing place Portugal is.

As much as I loved being in the Old Town during the day, the evenings were loud.

The hotel was very clean and well kept and the staff were exceptional-very friendly and eager to help with your every need or want and to offer suggestions of restaurants, ice cream vendors etc.! During the day, I loved that we were in the center of “Old Town” with all its shops and restaurants, and always live music in several restaurants and the square. We had a room with a balcony which I would highly recommend. It was large and great for seating out when you needed a little break/rest in the afternoon!

Cleaners should not have left doors to balcony open as it renders the room accessible to potential thieves. The €15 charge for looking after baggage following checkout until arrival of our taxi was excessive.

First night had room at front of hotel. Very noisy. Loud music until 4am followed by street cleaners. Was able to swop to room at back enjoyed 5 nights sleep.

- Due to its central location it’s VERY VERY noisy until 4am. The ear plugs helped a lot but if you’re sensitive to noise you should look into another area. - They do not respect the « do not disturb » sign. They will knock multiple times and try to get in when you tell them no need they will still get inside as soon as you leave the room (and leave the do not disturb sign) just to change the towels (not even to clean) when they « have » to. It’s very confusing, don’t put a do not disturb sign if you won’t respect it.

The room was ok, comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower. Location near the beach and many restaurants, shops and bars. Easy to walk around and find a bus or get a bolt to move around. One lady at the reception is very nice and helpful, olga I think her name is but I’m not 100% sure.
