Only one bedside cabinet in the twin room which was very inconvenient. Difficult to get in and out of the pool for those with mobility issues. No room safe.

Clean and relatively comfortable with a nice pool area, albeit small. Good food and a reasonable breakfast. Nice to be all on a low level for those with mobility problems. Excellent shower. The staff were very good.

The sheets and towels weren’t changed. We had to ask for fresh towels from the reception after 3 days. The beds are just made but sheets aren’t changed.

Was disappointed just on the fact that the staff weren’t accommodating for us to stay another two nights and put price up when online was Cheaper so we went somewhere else

The hotel was very clean and well organized. The food was very good and the view of the Padel club provided an amazing atmosphere. Tim provided excellent customer service during our meal. Would recommend if you are planning to stay in Albufeira or even for a meal.

We were ‘room only’ as there was not another option on booking.com. You couldn’t eat in the room so always had to go out, saying that the room was spotless and I understand why food in the room would affect this.

Everything was exactly as described , maybe one more locker in room would be helpful and theres no hairdryer in room but I was fine with that

Beautiful new hotel , with very friendly and helpful staff, great shower, comfortable bed , wifi, lots of choice on tv with English speaking channels , spotlessly clean, lovely continental breakfast with freshly baked bread rolls , croissants and pastries, choice of yoghurts and cold ham and cheese, great coffee machine , we also had lunch and it was delicious, , it’s in walking distance of the bus station and theres a large supermarket a few meters away, the whole experience was wonderful, I would highly recommend this hotel , I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back again

There are no towel hangers in the bathroom, no hairdryer, and only one bedside table.

Very good value for money. New place, quiet zone, comfy bed, parking spots available. If you have a car the place is perfect (but I think bus stations are also near the hotel). If you want to go for a walk, Rua da Oura is ~30 min away, for example.

Room smelled strong like new carpet chemicals, it probably would have been best to go with different flooring... Window overlooks outdoor seating area so very noisy with people sitting right outside, I didn't feel comfortable getting natural sunlight in during the day. Music and noise ended around 10pm though. Annoying bright green light on the ceiling/smoke detector made it hard to sleep No table/chair so had to do everything on the bed Bathroom door was hard to close

Comfy bed, great shower, very clean, no insects, lots of TV channels, friendly staff, couldn't hear neighboring units. Delicious pastries included in breakfast.

The pool was small and had insects floating around, needed cleaning and the artificial grass made me feel like someones garden but was decent for what we needed. Hard to find the hotel with bolt and uber i suspect because it’s a new hotel so be careful when ordering cabs back to the hotel.

Nice clean room, staff were friendly and helpful. They was always available. The Gym is top class, however it is mot included €10 a day. Padel courts look out of this world again additional fee. Didn’t experience the breakfast. Location next to Intermarche was really helpful can get lots of quality food at the internarche.
