I wasn't happy with the location of my apartment when I arrived as i was travelling alone with my child & wanted to be nearer the main reception so i checked with them & they were so helpful & they were able to offer me a lovely studio in the main building .

The villa was nice, clean and fairly new condition. The AC worked fine. Pool was nice. It was good to have access to the little supermarket on the premises. Access to beach was convenient, though a little confusing to navigate the first time.

The stove did not work well, coffee machine was a bit difficult to operate. We were limited in the number of towels provided (just enough for the number of people) and no beach towels or replacement towels were provided. This was strange considering the proximity to the beach and the villa having a pool. Staff were very curt and unhelpful when we asked for extra towels. We asked for a late checkout and they were very firm that this was not acceptable. A little flexibility and hospitality from staff would go a long way to making this a more comfortable stay.

It’s a fabulous property, stayed there 10 years ago , glad it was still so nice . We were a group of 20 , from 86years to 10 . Will definitely go back .

My mother in law was using a wheelchair, some of the walk ways were a bit difficult. If she was just with her daughters it would have been difficult to get her around. Also maybe the directions could be a little better marked , was hard to find accommodation as we were in the grounds .

My stay at this hotel on April 10, 2025, was extremely disappointing and I feel compelled to share my negative experience. Upon check-in, we were informed by reception that our booking included breakfast at 8:30 am. The next morning, we double-checked with the restaurant staff before eating, asking if breakfast was included in our room. A staff member confirmed and invited us to eat. However, after finishing our meal, we were shockingly informed that breakfast was not included and we were asked to pay. We immediately went to reception to explain the situation and requested they review security footage to verify the initial confirmation. To our dismay, we received absolutely no assistance. The reception staff refused to help and insisted we pay, despite the clear miscommunication (or what felt like a deliberate attempt to overcharge). Adding to this terrible experience, our room (H1J) was in very poor condition. The internet was completely unusable, and the hot water in the bathroom did not work at all. Furthermore, the room was far from clean. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other travelers to seriously reconsider booking this hotel. The misleading information regarding breakfast, the unacceptable room conditions, and the complete lack of customer service from the reception staff made for a truly unpleasant stay. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and implements significant improvements. Beautiful location with spectacular coastal views. Good play park for small children. A good quality resort with good restaurants (particularly enjoyed Miss Pasta pizzeria), service and swimming pools. A handy on site shop for essentials.

The 4 bedroom villa (A19) was shabby and in desperate need of total refurbishment, particularly all the bathrooms and kitchen. The mattresses were not very comfortable. This was very disappointing.

Beautiful location, well maintained properties, phantastisch beach.

It’s our 2nd time in this resort! So I knew what it’s like and really wanted to come back. It seems quite simple and may be unexpected when you come for the first time, however after a day we just loved it. Sleeps very good, the air, the beach, food, we like all.

We loved the location. Most exceptionally beautiful Praia dos Tres Irmãos beach. Well organised holiday resort and very helpful staff

Our apartment was spacious and well equipped but is starting to look ”tired” and “run down”. Not provided with any soap in the bathroom!

Location, views and especially the Miss Pasta resturant and the manager Magdalena!
