I must admit I stay at these apartments quite a lot, upto 3 time's a year, for me they are convenient, they do only get sun in the morning or afternoon depending which side of the building you are on, they have had some modernising which is nice, the bed mattress, again newish but low quality in my opinion, as a good nights sleep can be difficult, probably the worst thing is noise transference between apartments, which doesn't bother myself, but could others late at night, but overall there good for me.

Apartments was a bit dated, pool was been rapaired, wasn't informed, wouldn't be recommend for a family holiday, but overall it wasn't to bad.

Swimming pool is in very poor state. Tiles and pieces of concrete in bottom of pool. Tiles missing from everywhere in pool. Steps have been removed from the deep end. Also pool is only accessible by stairs making it difficult for people with walking difficulties. Only one set of keys which are needed to enter the complex so you must go out together. Late check in charge of 30 euros after 10 p.m. Shower not great.

Good size room. Clean and well equipped. Good location easy access to beach and Marina.

The lift did not work. The swimming pool was being repaired at a snails pace and whole area cordoned off. There were builders and rubble all around me The noise from builders was too much. There were dead cockroaches in the hallway for the five days. I left one day early.

location. staff in reception were very helpful .

the staff in reception were great and very helpful. however the apartment needed an really good clean and refurb. there was chia and cutlery in the kitchen but thats all. some of the china in the cupboards was left unclean ( had not been washed since it was used). no washing up liquid of washing up brush provided. curtains were stained. wall tiles in the bathroom were cracked shower curtain had mould on it but was replaced after this was noted. shower did not work for the first few days. sheets not changed the whole time of our stay ( over a week). other issues too.

I’m afraid this property needs some TLC. While it was clean it was very tired and things were broken. For example the balcony doors in the bedroom did not lock so the room was not secure, the outside of the fridge had been painted with a strange white paint and really badly to cover the yellowing trim. the sofa bed looked very old - I’m glad we didn’t have to use it. The handset to the fan unit in the bedroom had gone missing so we couldn’t use it so had to have a plug in fan provided instead. The other problem we had is that booking.com did not tell the agents who rent the accommodation that we had booked an apartment with single beds. So we had to have quite an uncomfortable conversation to get this sorted. At first they said we would have to pay more for a T2 apartment! The ladies at the offices were very helpful.

the location of the property is really good - very close to the beach. There are some restaurants and bars close by with the marina a 5 min walk. this helps to make it a quieter location.

The property is very dated and therefore doesn't look very clean. The lift was unreliable, We booked an apartment with air conditioning but were given one without it. When we followed this up, we were told the property was fully booked. The fob for the front door didn't work very well. We were stuck outside and rang the emergency number. They seemed unconcerned about our situation and told us to gently press the fob against the pad. This went on for quiet some time and eventually we were told to walk down an alley and use the rear entrance. No one tried to help us or replace our fob or fix the problem.

As we arrived after midnight, we were to contact the host when we landed which we did. However we ill waited about 20 minutes outside the property for someone to arrive with our keys.

The building was very run down and as for the pool you would wash a dog in it,it was a disgrace. The lobby door was always left open so anyone could walk in.

Pool was shaded for part of the day . Lifts need some attention (paint). Shower head needs updating. Need a map at front door to show where reception is located.

Location was excellent. Transfer from airport was quick Size of apartment.

Very run down, old fashioned apartment, extremely uncomfortable. Very poor shower. Place was not clean. Had to get rid of our own rubbish, apartment was never cleaned during our stay as we weren’t there for a week. Had to beg for another set of clean towels as again our stay was less than a week. Fob for front door doesn’t always work. Hallways not lit up so dangerous at night time. Opening hours of office not convenient and had to pay late check in fee. Once we arrived the man there to check us in had basically no English so very hard to communicate and he didn’t even show us down to the apartment or help with luggage and I was travelling with my pregnant sister.

Location was the only good thing about the property
