What can I say? Porto was fantastic, and that was certainly due to Antonio's warm welcome, excellent care, and wonderful apartment. If we ever return to Porto, we will definitely choose Fabrica Apart again.

This apartment is great and very centrally located to visit all the main attractions in Porto. Antonio is a fabulous and enthusiastic host who made a huge effort to ensure we made the most of our trip. He provided breakfast items and delicious local treats every day during our lovely stay in Porto and gave us lots of interesting information about the city and the sights. The chocolate cake and the jams (the peach jam is excellent) made by his Mum were just great, the port was amazing and the transport to and from the airport was fab. Thank you to our great host! 😁😁😁

The apartment is in a very convenient location for sightseeing and enjoying the city on foot. For being in the heart of the city it's incredibly quiet and private. It has all the amenities you need to be comfortable. Antonio took great care of us!

There are two key highlights about this apartment. First, the apartment itself: it's spacious, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It's perfectly located in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a glass of Porto! Second – and even more important – is the host, Antonio. He takes hospitality to a whole new level, genuinely putting his heart into making your stay as enjoyable as possible. From the moment he warmly greeted us and drove us to the apartment in his spacious Volvo, we knew we were in good hands. Antonio goes far beyond expectations – welcoming us with his mother’s famous chocolate cake and a bottle of Porto wine, thoughtfully restocking the fridge, and treating us daily with sweet surprises. He also shared plenty of helpful tips and insights about Porto, making our stay even more enriching. Our family of four had a wonderful time – each of us, and all of us together. Highly recommended!

Host António was fabulous. Chocolate cake from his mother & port were amazing as were breakfast ingredients and other treats. Location was unbeatable in a beautiful city. Transport to & from apartment was greatly appreciated.

Antonio is a super host - he arranged our transfer from and to the airport, took care of our luggage and provided us with all necessary information for a wonderful stay in Porto. We also very much enjoyed his mother's chocolate cake and local (port) wine.

Excellent host with attention to details. He picked us up at the airport AND dropped us off. He was always fun to talk to and even told us about the history of Portugal in the car. Easily one of the best hosts out there.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Antonio is incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave us so many great recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore in the area. Every day, he surprised us with thoughtful treats — pastéis de nata, delicious chocolate cake homemade by his mother, fresh croissants… such a generous host! The apartment is charming, with a small balcony perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, and a compact kitchen that’s ideal for a family stay. It’s also very well located — close to a grocery store and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. We truly felt at home. Thank you, Antonio, for your warm hospitality — you made our stay truly unforgettable!

The location was perfect . The host went out of his way to pick us up at the airport , gave us a quick tour of the city . When we arrived we have port wine and his Mom home made chocolate cake which was absolutely delicious . My 2 older daughters are always excited to come back to the apartment because there was always a treat waiting for them , bread , pasties de nata , and for us wine . Every day he always message us asking how our day was and if we need assistance . He truly is a perfect host !!!

We didn’t think the door to the living room was necessary and in the way more than anything.

Friendly welcoming and gracious host who provided special treats from the arrival to everyday during put stay. António picked us up at the Bus station and dropped us off at the airport in his spacious Volvo SUV, which was super convenient. The apartment was in an excellent central location to walk or take bus to everywhere we wanted to visit in Porto. We bought 72-hr Andante ticket to take buses when we were tired to walk back. We even took Bus 500 to the Duoro river front to the beach area. Enjoyed sitting on the sunny balcony sipping coffee and porto wine. Porto is a lovely city and thanks to Antonio, it was extra special!!

The road leading to the apartment was a bit difficult with big suitcase. But Antonio helped us.

Great location and wonderful host. Antonio went out of his way to pick us up and drop us off from the bus station/airport as well as telling and booking for us local restaurants.
