Brazil72 Reviews9 helpful votes“Holiday ruined by HOUST management”You need to pick up and return the keys at a store 650 meters away from the apartment and Lisbon is not a flat place to go around with suitcases. The location is only disclosed 48 hour prior to the arrival. There is a bar located at the bottom of the building, the clients are yelling and shouting outside on the street until 2.00 AM when it closes, so you only can sleep after that. There is not heating system, only one radiator on each level, this is not sufficient to heat the big spaces. The apartment was cold when we arrived at 10 Celsius degrees. On the day of check out we needed to check out earlier than 11:00 at 9:00 do to a change of schedule on our flight, we advised this to the management and we were told that the store to return the keys only opened at 9:30, so we needed to wait until that time, risking to miss our flight. On top of that the attendant at the store did not want to take the key because he was not told that we will return the key earlier than 11:00 and did not want to take the responsibility to do that, since the management forgot to tell them. We needed to discuss with the atendant of the store to take the key. This was the cherry on top of the awful management offered by HOUST It worth to mention that the company management by HOUST is terrible demanding ( sending tons of messages for you to confirm and re confirm your identity, time schedule and so on) Sending orders and commands all the time. Never being at your service just the other way around. They want to control everything remotely, putting you under unnecessary stress. This is impossible to know/note before making the reservation. After that is impossible to get out of it. The HOUST management ruined our holidays at Lisbon.
Good apartment with two full bathrooms on each level.

United States10 Reviews4 helpful votesVery PoorNo lift/escalators, no air conditioning, no warm water in the bathroom. You have to climb all the dirty and difficult stairs with your luggage up to the third floor. No warm water to take a shower. You can not close the windows because there's no air. Load noise all night long. If you like all of these, then the location is very good. Good luck.

Excellent location in the centre of Lisbon. Comfortable apartment with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Easy to walk to places or to access public transport.
