The hotel is a bit old, and the furniture is somewhat dated, but everything is clean and tidy. In our room, the wallpaper was mismatched - one part was yellow, the other white. It looked strange but didn’t bother me. The beds in our room were separated, it felt a bit unusual for us, but we knew about it when booking, so no complaints. Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory in the indoor pool. I wish I had known this in advance - I would’ve brought my own. You can buy one at the reception for €5. The elevators are extremely slow.

Good service, friendly staff. Good breakfasts and live music every evening. We also booked dinner once, and the food was great - it was a Portuguese-style barbecue evening. Great location in a quiet suburban area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. Clean room, cleaned every day. Two swimming pools - indoor and outdoor - plus a sauna and hammam. Plenty of space to relax. Quiet atmosphere, it's a family hotel.

It would have been nice if there is atleast a kettle in the room as we usually want to have a cup of tea at bedtime. Also, there should be more options and varieties for breakfast.

I like how all the staff were so nice and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel didn’t feel too crowded. It was a peaceful and relaxing.

It was very clean and tidy. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday. Food around the pool bar was soo good and the fresh lemonade the staff made was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful .

It seemed like my towels were not changed daily as I thought. Which is fine but I didn't see a notice to conserve water and re-use towels. Other than this minor detail and the bed being more firm than my preference I enjoyed my time at this hotel

Lack of help for families with small children. Had to return to reception 3 times requesting a slightly later check out. Eventually agreed to an extra hour. I stupidly asked them to book us a transfer back to airport, when it arrived they told me I had to pay them not the driver - €60!! Only cost €36 on the way to the hotel that I’d booked in uk! The driver told me this wasn’t right! Seems hotel is taking a booking fee for this service! I would not stay again.

As a chronic insomniac, it was extremely difficult to sleep in the noisy corridor (even when I asked specifically for a quiet area), the room was not very modern, nor was it bright during the morning (the curtains weren't so new, so the sun would pass through on the left side).

The spaciousness of the room, the facilities, and the swimming pool area, as well as the breakfast, were all good
